Chapter 48:

Zack could feel his own heartbeat rising, rising and making sounds of electricity.

The assassin was dumbfound and stood in the same place to get himself together.

" Killing you will be worth it"

The assassin disappeared, leaving no trace. He was in the shadows, looking for a perfect opportunity to strike.

Zack was feeling weird as many changes were happening to his whole being. He could feel himself changing to something else.

" Agh!, what is happening to me"

He was groaning as he was feeling pain from various parts of his body and also his soul was also taking some damage.

The assassin suddenly went for attack, hoping to end Zack's life in a single slash.

" haha, assassins are not a joke, this strike, even a powerful vampire or werewolf could tank"

The assassin had a crazy smirk on his face. He was a frickin experienced assassin, he didn't knew how many people he had killed, and a boy just dodged his attack like nothing.

This fact made him angry, it hurt his pride as an assassin.

Zack could see this attack coming at slow motion, his mind was working at rapid speeds.

He dodged that attack also and this time he counter attacked. 

He tried to use his martial arts to harm the assassin, but it was not an easy task as the assassin he was facing was very experienced.

He went for hand to hand combat with that assassin. They were both trying to attack each others vital points, both were on par with each other. Be it attacking, dodging, martial arts.

 Suddenly all the pain in Zack's body stopped. Everything was frozen, the assassin, the clock, time itself was frozen.

Zack didn't knew was was going on, but after this pain, he became aware of the thing he became.

He body became able to generate ultra powerful bio-electricity. He became someone who was able to use electricity to his advantage.

" I don't know how this happened but i am enjoying it.

His lips rose to a smile which was rising, until the point where his face became scary.

The assassin was getting tired, so he made a wise move, at least tried making a wise move which was.

" Retreat"

The boy in front of him was strange, but after fighting that boy, he became even stranger and gave dangerous feelings.

The assassin tried to run but suddenly a hand grabbed his neck. He couldn't even react to that level of speed.

"Huh so this is the speed i can do, i went around the whole city 10 times and it seems that only less than 1 second has passed. Interesting"

" Let me go boy, or you will become target of our whole assassin organization"

Zack got into thinking something.

" Hehe, he is wavering, this is good for me. I'll kill him the moment he release me."

The assassin was happy for the fact, he managed to trick Zack into releasing but what happen afterwards, he didn't expect.

" That's fine with me. I need to adapt to my powers anyways, they and you will be good test dummy to test my powers"

" This bastard is crazy" 

Suddenly the assassin felt small amount of currents going through his body by Zack's hands.

" Lets see how much current your body can handle"

Zack started increasing the amount of electricity he was putting in the assassins body.

The assassin was in deep pain, his whole body was getting burned by the electricity.

After some moment, the body ..... exploded.

" Hmm so this is the limit, got it. First lets clean this up, with my speed it will only take a moment"

After cleaning up, he went to sleep.
