CHAPTER 7

Skyler's Point of View

🎶 Sad eyes, im gonna dry those sad eyes🎵

Nagising ako sa reyalidad nang kumanta si Lincoln.

His baritone voice suits him well.

"*ehem* " basag ko ng katahimikan.

"What is it?" Malambing na tanong nito habang nasa daan ang tingin.

"Where are we going? Ang layo kasi ng sagot mo eh. Somewhere? Where is that?" Sunod-sunod na tanong ko dito.

"Somewhere" nakangising sabi niya na ikina-irap ko na lang.

Napahimas ako sa binti ko nang makaramdam ako ng ngalay.

Ilang oras na ba akong nakaupo?

"Baby" he called me so looked at him full of question.

I saw him patted his laps so i obliged.

Bakit ko tatanggihan kung gusto ko rin naman.

Landi talaga!

Ipinatong ko ang dalawa kong binti sa lap niya. Makalipas ang ilang segundo ay hinimas niya ito habang nagdri-drive.

Napatitig ako sakanya at mukhang seryoso naman na walang gagawing kung ano-ano sa binti ko.

Nasanay ako sa ganoong posisyon hanggang sa lamunin ako ng dilim.

Mark's Point of View

"Where's lincoln?" Tanong ko sa apat na busy sa kakalaro.

Mga walang balak pumasok sa school, so am i.

"Hinatid si Sky diba" sabi ni William na busy sa paglalaro ng nintendo switch kalaban si Jake.

"Oras na eh, bakit hindi pa siya bumabalik?" Nagtatakang tanong ni Jayson habang nakikipaglaro ng Monopoly kay James.

This guys don't age well.

Napa-isip naman ako. Kung hinatid nga ni Lincoln si Sky bakit wala pa ito?

"Lincoln" bulong ko sa pangalan ng kapatid ko.

Lincoln's Point of View

"Somewhere" bulong ko sa sarili ko habang nagdri-drive.

Pinatugtog ko ang sad eyes by james arthur at sinabayan ito habang binabaybay ang daan patungo sa nais kong dalhin si Skyler.

I used to go there with my mom, with our mom. when she's still.. alive.

Nang makita ko na ang kanto ng pupuntahan ay lumiko na ako.

Itinabi ko sa gilid ang sasakyan at pinagmasdan ang natutulog na si Sky.

Pinatay ko ang makina ng sasakyan at binuksan ang bintana ng driver's seat at shotgun.

Mahangin naman sa labas kaya ayos lang na huwag na mag-aircon

We are near at the edge of the hill, kinuha ko ang mat sa likod ng sasakyan at inilatag sa lupa.

Kitang-kita mo ang ilaw ng kabahayan mula dito at ilaw ng mga sasakyan na tila sumasayaw.

I looked up, a starry sky.

"Sky" bulong ko sa sarili ko.

"What a name" i said and brushed my hair with my fingers.

Skyler's Point of View

"What?!" I saw dad's eye after he punched Lincoln's face.

"Dad" awat ko dito at dinaluhan si Lincoln.

Biglang nagdilim ang lahat at tanging si Lincoln lang ang nakikita ko.

"Lincoln! Lincoln!" Sigaw ko hanggang sa tuluyan na rin siyang nilamon ng dilim.

"Lincoln!" Sigaw ko at doon ko palang napagtanto na nananaginip lamang ako.

Napahawak ako sa ulo ko habang naghahabol ng hininga.

Thank god it was just a dream.

I sighed of relief.

Teka nasa kotse pa pala ako.

Tumingin ako sa driver's seat pero wala si Lincoln.

I had a bit of a panic kaya dali-dali akong lumabas ng kotse at nilibot ang paningin sa paligid hanggang sa nakita ko si Lincoln na naka-higa sa mat.

Nakapatong ang ulo nito sa braso niya at nakapikit na tila ninanamnam ang lamig ng sariwang hangin.

Hindi ko alam kung nasaan ako, but i think this is the 'somewhere' he is talking about.

Dahan-dahan akong umupo sa mat para hindi ko ito magising ngunit mali ang inakala ko.

"Sky? How's your sleep?" Simpleng tanong nito na lihim kong ikinangiti.

"Good, feeling ko nawala yung pagod ko" nakangiting sagot ko dito na ikinangiti niya rin.

Ilang segundo pa ay hinila niya ako pahiga na naging dahilan ng pagkapula ng pisngi ko.

I feel..safe

I feel loved.

Nakahiga ako sa braso nito habang nakatitig sa kalangitan.

"This is somewhere" he said.

"I used to go here with my special girl, and nothing changed" tila nakaramdam ako ng hapdi nang marinig ko ang sinabi niya.

Ibig sabihin hindi lang ako ang dinala niya rito.

"The cold breeze of the air makes me feel like she's embracing me. I miss her Sky" sabi nito.

Hindi ko man nakikita ang mukha niya pero ramdam ko naman ang lungkot At sakit nito.

He loved her that much? Maybe she's beautiful and caring.

"Hey, don't think too much. I'm talking about my mom-"

Bago pa man niya matapos ang sasabihin nito ay napatigil na siya agad.

Mom?

Napabangon ako sa sinabi nito at kunot-noong tiningnan siya.

"Do you mean our mom?" I asked him with cofusion.

Really? Since when did he took mom here?

"Y-yeahh our mom. I miss her and Dad." Nauutal na sabi niya at umiwas ng tingin.

Nagtataka man ay bumalik na lamang ako ulit sa pagkakahiga sa braso nito.

"How can i unlove you?" I unconsciously asked.

I want to slap my self by asking him that.

"Y-you love me?" He asked me that made my eyes widened.

"I-i don't know yet" i said.

Of course i do, you jerk!

"Oh baby, you can't unlove me" mahangin na sabi niya na naging dahilan kung bakit ko siya hinampas sa dibdib.

Napaubo siya dahil dito.

"Ooh im sorry, im sorry. " nagaalalang sabi ko na ikinatigil niya.

Napatulala siya saglit at biglang natawa.

What's funny?

Napakunot ang noo ko dito and gave him a death glare.

He stopped but still smirking.

"You look cute" he said that made me blushed.

"Why do i have the feeling that i don't know you yet?" I said that made his eyes widened.

"What i mean like, there's still things that i don't know about you yet. Something deep" i said to him.

Medyo naaligaga siya sa sinabi ko pero nakasagot din naman.

" 'cuz i'm your brother? Im a man" he said with full confidence.

I smirked when i thought about teasing him.

"You're a man? I don't think so. You're gay" i said while laughing.

Lincoln's Point of View

Damn its hard to keep a secret.

"You're a man? I don't think so. You're gay" she said and laughed.

Nabalik ako sa reyalidad dahil sa sinabi niya.

What did she just said? I'm a what?

Bumangon ako na ikinatigil niya sa kakatawa.

Now let's see who's gay now.

I smirked at her that made her nervous.

"Wrong move baby, wrong move" i said while shooking my head.

She was about to stand up when i pinned her both arms at the top of her head and move closely to her.

"Oh my god please not now, i wanna stay virgin" she begged.

I'm just gonna tease her for a while.

"Now that u talked about your innocence, how about we take it now?" I evily asked her that made her eyes wider than before.

I laughed evilly and started to kiss her cheeks then a peck on her lips.

I traced her jaw with my tounge that made her quiver. I softly bit her earlobe and whispered something that made her feel hot.

"I want you" that's what i said.

My hand land on her thighs and because she's just wearing a mini skirt its easy for me to go up.

I teased her.

I kissed her collarbone and back to her lips again.

I stood up while she's laying there full of shock.

Skyler's Point of View

Nakatulala lang ako habang si Lincoln naman ay ngingisi-ngisi lang.

Im still laying on the ground while he already stood up.

Theres only one word in my head.

hot. i feel hot again.

I can feel what i felt the last time he did something innapropriate.

Nabalik ako sa reyalidad nang narinig ko ang malamig at nakakatulog na boses ni Lincoln.

"Then there's you" tsaka tingin sakin.

"You don't feel that much a stranger" kanta nito na ikinaiwas ko ng tingin.

What is that?

-dug dug- dug dug- dug dug-

"You stand out from all the crowds ,I don't feel that much in danger, I was lost 'til I found you" Hindi man ako nakatingin dito ay alam kong nakatitig pa rin ito sakin.

Kinuha niya ang mga kamay ko habang nakatitig sa mga mata ko.

Itinayo niya ako sa pagkakahiga at inilagay ang mga kamay nito sa maliit kong bewang.

"Baby, baby, won't you please come and rescue me?" kanta nito.

Tila hindi lang ito kumakanta kundi ipinapahatid din ang liriko ng tugtog sakin.

"I don't really wanna stay if you're not

All I know is that I need you, baby" sunod na lirikong kinanta nito.

The lyrics is touching the inner me. Making me want to kiss him

"Hold me close so I can finally..." pinutol niya ang tugtog at hinalikan ang likod ng palad ko.

"breathe" kanta niya sa huling word ng liriko habang titig na titig sa mga mata ko.

Tumigil kami sa pagsasayaw habang ninanamnam namin ang malamig na hangin na tila yumayakap sa aming katawan.

Ngunit hindi pa rin kayang ibsan nito ang init na nararamdaman ko.

It's the feeling of wanting him, i want more of him.

Huminga ako ng malalim at tinitigan din ang mga mata nito.

His eyes looks like he want to tell something that he can't tell.

Maybe that's why he sang, if words fail music speaks.

"Lincoln Wilson" tawag ko sa buong pangalan niya that made his eyes wide.

"Everytime that i'm with you alone, why does it feel like.. you're not the Lincoln i knew..but other person" seryosong sabi ko na ikinalunok niya.

"why does it feel like, i still don't know you yet" i continued.

Nagtaka naman ako sa huling sinagot niya.

"Because you really don't know me yet" sabi nito at kumalas na sa pagkakahawak sa bewang ko.

Boys..So weird but,he's weirder than the others.

Sinundan ko siya ng tingin at inaya niya na akong umalis.

Inilahad niya ang kamay niya na tinaggap ko naman.

I stared at our hands that's intertwined right now.

Lincoln. My brother.

Mark's Point of View

From the view of my window i can see Skyler and Lincoln, my brother.

They're coming out of his car. Bukod kasi sa Hiace van na ginagamit namin ay may sari-sarili din kaming kotse bukod kay Skyler.

Her parents didn't gave her a car, para kung sakali man daw na aalis ito ay kami ang lalapitan nito just to keep her safe.

I wonder what Lincoln did that took them so long.

I can see from here my brother's eye, i can tell that he's inlove.

Love. love ruins everything.

I have to stop him before it's too late.

I don't want him to ruin the mission, malaki-laking halaga ng pera ang mawawala samin kung sakaling malaman ng Wilson's na may namamagitan sa isang employee ng the hive at kliyente nito.

"Falling inlove to your client is restricted" tanging bulong ko sa sarili ko at tinitigan ang papasok na si Lincoln at Skyler sa loob ng bahay.

"Stay away from her lincoln" i whispered and closed the curtain of my window and took a deep breath.

Lincoln's Point of View

As I open the door of the passenger's seat, a light reflected to my eyes that made them shut for a second.

I follow the light that stunned my eyes earlier and it's coming from one of the windows of our house.

so I took a deeper look.

I smirked, I can see Mark's necklace from the window, maybe that's why the light reflected to my eyes.

I smell trouble.

As i assist Skyler to her room i can feel that someone's watching us so i act normally.

You can't fool me Mark, you know you can't.

After i took Skyler to her room, i go to the mini-bar near the poolside.

I took some tequila to make myself feel hot 'cuz i can smell trouble from my insane brother.

"So you really are inlove,huh?" i heard someone speak from my back.

I didn't bother to look behind 'cuz i already know that it's my brother.

"Mark" i uttered and took a sip from my tequila the hot liquid of it traces my throat that made me feel hot.

"Where have you been? or should i say where have the both of you been?" malamig na tanong nito.

"somewhere" i answered him and drinked the tequila until it's very last drop.

In just a snap, i can see myself holding a swiss knife so as Mark, where both of the knife is pointing at our kneck.

"you really know me well huh?" nakangising sabi ni Mark.

I just tilted my head and smirked.

" 'Cuz you're my brother" solid burn back to him. I can see that I pissed him off through the look of his eyes.

He put the swiss knife down, so did i.

" I'm telling you this one more time, stop. stop everything before it's too late" paalala nito habang tinititigan ako ng mariin.

Napayuko na lang ako ng pumasok sa isip ko na bawal magkaroon ng relasyon ang isang hive employee at ang kliyente nito kung hindi ay maalis ito sa kompanya at maaaring hindi na muling makabalik.

"what's too late?"

My eyes widened so as Mark when we heard a voice from our side.
