Chapter One Hundred and Seventy Nine

George POV

I was so happy when Sarah texted me that she is available to go on date with me, I know that I told her that I don't mind if she chose to stay with her best friend but the truth is that am not really happy about it. Every time I want to have an alone time with Sarah something always come up to disrupt my plans. I already called and made a reservation at Carbon beach club restaurant. I wanted to take her to many places but this place have a lot to offer that's why I chose it with a lovely boutique hotel but that's not what we are going to patronize today.

I was in the kitchen cleaning the whole place cause am indirectly killing time so that it will reach noon time for the date. 11:50am am already dressed up and on my way to Sarah house. I reached Sarah place and knocked on the door, she opened the door. She is already dressed up and she is looking as lovely as ever, she smiled at me. At that moment I want to wrap her in my arms and never let her go. Are you ready for the date ma cherie? I asked her in a teasing tone. Yes sire am ready, she replied in the same teasing tone. I escorted her to my car, opened the door for her, she smiled knowingly at me, I can see clearly the word going on in her mind.

We reached our destination Carbon beach club restaurant, I glanced at Sarah and I can see the look of admiration on her place. Wow this place is so beautiful, she said while she continue with her admiration. Yeah it's really beautiful, you can have a great meal here while you also enjoy a good view, watching the waves clash along shoreline, seeing the birds swoop and soar overhead, I said with pride cause the look on her face is exactly the way I want it to be.

We sat down and ordered for our food and drinks, while we are waiting for our order Sarah ask me a question that I was not expecting from her. Babe why haven't you invite me to your place yet? I mean we are dating and it's proper for me to know where you live and visit you from time to time, Sarah inquired. The truth of the matter is that I want her to know my place but I don't know how she will take it but since she is the one that initiated it, I don't have anything to be afraid of. Do you want to know my place? I asked her.

Of course I want to know your place that's why I asked you about it, she answered. Okay after this date we are going straight to my house, I informed her while looking at her to see how she will take the information but she seemed not to care one bit. Sure, she said. Our order arrived and we enjoyed the meal to the last drop while cracking jokes and teasing each other. We finished eating and left the inn but not the place cause we took a stroll on the beach while enjoying the cool breeze there. We have this not awkward silence between us, we are just there enjoying each other company.
