Josiah and I ended up somewhere in the hood. I'd been over in the area a few times with Rayquan. I'd sit in the car while he did a few 'transactions' with customers.
Josiah parked in front of what I had known to be an abandoned house but there was music coming from inside.
"I thought this was vacant property." I think out loud. Josiah scoffs, "exactly. You?thought.?It's pretty live in there." He tells me.
Josiah jogs around the car, opening up the passenger side door for me. "Don't be nervous, either. It's nothing but good peoples inside. I promise." He locks our hands together as a entered the party.
It was pretty crowded inside. There were more men than women that's for sure. There were a series of Christmas lights and red bulbs that lit the party, giving off "red light special" vibes. I watched Josiah dab up a few of his friends before focusing his attention back to me.
