Prologue

Beep! Beep! "Ugh!" "Alice! Get down here!" "Ugh, I'm coming mom!" Hey, my name is Alice but I'm trans so, I like being called Ace. My mom knows that but she still calls me by my real name. How ever my brother respects that, he calls me Ace.

" Alice Fin White! Hurry up your going to be late for school!" " I'm coming mom!" Oh! I should tell you, this definitely is NOT earth. Every one here is an animal. Me and my entire family are all winter foxes. "Hey Ace, mom is going to get mad if you don't hurry." "Yeah, Yeah, I know. Danny can you tell her I'm putting on my shirt?" "Sure anything for my bro!"

My gosh, I love my brother so much. But, I have to go to my second year of high school. That's the bad part, the alphas hates me because I'm trans. I'm excited though because I haven't seen my best friend since last school year. Mia, her name is Mia. She is always very energetic so when she sees me I know just what will happen.

AT SCHOOL

"Bye sweetheart!" "Mom~!" "Alright, love you! Have a good day Alice!" Ugh, my mom knows not to talk when she drops me off but, on the the first day she always does. "ACE!" "Wha-! Oh, hi Mia." "Hey, how was your summer?" "Good how about you?" "Not that fun without you." "Hey now, I would of loved spending the summer with you but you know my mom won't let me drive to Wisconsin. Hey, why do you live in Wisconsin during the summer?" "Yeah I know, and my family has a house in Wisconsin and Minnesota. But mostly because the rest of my family lives there. You know us foxes like Wisconsin." "Yeah, I do. Let's head to class."

IN CLASS

"Okay kids, I'm going to be taking assistance." That's my home room teacher, Mr. Yuri, he's the kindest teacher here. "Ace White!" "Here Mr. Yuri!" "Good to my A student is here." He even respects that I'm trans. "D.J Wright!" "Here sir!" And there is the first alpha. He is alpha of the Diamonds. That means he's above all the other alphas.

"Conner Colleen!" "Right here!" Although Conner is the second alpha, he is really sweet. Conner and me are friends, I just wouldn't say close friends. "Nathan Hamada!" "Present!" The third alpha, I really don't know how to describe him. He's just like a, umm, normal person.

"Taylor Marshal!" "Present sir!" Oh no, Taylor is not your typical popular girl. She's more tomboyish than girly girl. This year she's planning on fighting the alphas for an alpha spot. I think it's sorta cool how she is tomboyish and so determined to win the fight. Of course we aren't friends, I follow her on instagram though. She might post a bit much.

Right, you should now that most alphas are wolves. Wolves are by the top of the ranking. You know because they are great at fighting and all that.

Here's the ranking: commons, which are like dogs and cats. So commons are like pets for humans. Next, neutrals, like bears and foxes. Neutrals are like animals that live in the woods except for wolves. The third one is alphas, witch is just any wolf. Finally, the one rank that is better than the alphas, rare. The rare has lions, leopards, and winter foxes. Yup that right, I'm a rank higher than the alphas. I'm not so tough though, I wish I was but I'm to sweet and kind to people.
