Convincing Tsunade

"Look, our guests have come, Karin can you take out the cookies" Karin then stood up and opened the seal scroll which is full of snacks that Kaoru brought.

when she looks at the guests, especially at Tsunade's assets, Karin feels bitter and she makes an accusing face at her teacher while thinking that her teacher is a pervert just like other men.

Kaoru on the other hand acts as if he isn't aware of Karin's stare since she is right about him being a pervert but, he will never admit it loudly, especially since his mission this time is to take both Tsunade and Shizune back to Konoha, and not to gain their affection points.

"Welcome welcome, Princess Tsunade and her apprentice Shizune-san, please take a seat and enjoy the tea while talking!" Kaoru then offers them the seats in front of him and Karin.

but because of Kaoru's friendly welcome both Tsunade and Shizune become warry instead.

both of them took a seat but didn't drink the tea, and as if he could read their mind, Kaoru drank the tea first while taking some snacks.

and soon followed by Tsunade, who is never afraid of poison in the first place since her body is almost immune against poison that she inherited from her grandfather, and combined with Katsuyu's healing power also turns her body completely immune to any kind of poison.

the reason she doesn't want to drink first is that she wants to see what Kaoru would do if they didn't drink the suspicious tea.

and after talking a little about small topics like introduction and others, Tsunade's face this time turned serious, the previous happy-go-lucky atmosphere became heavy and her sharp eyes looked at Kaoru as if ready to fight to death.

"So, tell me, how sensei could die. and also tell me the reason you want to bring us back!"

what appears in front of Kaoru now is not the drunkard and gambler instead it is the matriarch of one of the strongest clans that ever existed.

when Tsunade heard that the one who killed her teacher was her own teammate and the one who helped her teammates was the person in front of her, she almost lost it but still chose to hear everything and held her temper for now.

and then Kaoru started to talk about how Konoha right now doesn't have anyone who is fit to be a Hokage and she is the only one who is good enough to take the position.

"you know that Jiraiya also could become a Hokage!" Tsunade recommended Jiraiya since she didn't want to take the position.

"Nah, pervert sage is strong enough but, he is also famous as a pervert, even his second title is pervert sage after all, he becomes Hokage then Konoha may be hailed as a pervert village"

Kaoru's argument this time also put Tsunade into a dilemma, what the boy in front of her said is true, and Jiraiya's strength is enough to put him into Hokage's seat, but he is too pervert even though she had to beat him several time but it's still can't change his behavior.

when Kaoru wants to continue to talk, their little party is being disturbed by someone.

seeing that his plan failed, Orochimaru then secretly told Kabuto to show Tsunade what Konoha thinks about her, at first he doesn't want to do it, this is because Kaoru's mouth can't stop talking he is forced to do this kind of thing.

Kabuto who received a signal from Orochimaru immediately threw something in front of Tsunade and the others.

looking at the thing that is being thrown Kaoru has complicated feelings, since he never thought that Orochimaru was actually a Tsundere, but this kind of Tsundere is too heavy.

"Haiya, Orochimama do you know that your feeling of companionship is really brutal, you should just say it to your friend and they will stop misunderstand everything about you, you know!"

Kaoru's comment makes everyone except Tsunade look at him strangely.
