Mr. Zhou's Guide To Woo A Stupid Wife

To escape from a particularly scummy blind date, Xia Ling says “I like women!”. Who knew this would result in her family’s empress dowager having a massive misunderstanding and taking desperate measures. “Quit the blind dates.” Her mother demands. “En.” Xia Ling happily agrees, nodding enthusiastically. “I have no more hopes that you'll find a man on your own, so your future husband has been decided by me! All you have to do is show up on time when I tell you and sign the documents.” Her mother decrees. “Ah?!” Xia Ling screams. And so, Xia Ling puts on a disguise and goes undercover to scope out the future husband picked for her by the empress dowager.  But how shameless was this man?! Acting clueless while already having a girlfriend! And who will tell her who this man looking on in amusement is? What did he want and why was he always around her?! Zhou Weisheng was being idle with his friends when a small fellow came over and started acting weird and glaring at his friend. Who did this little ‘boy' think ‘he' was fooling? Anyone with eyes could tell ‘he’ was clearly a she. But who would have thought, the little fellow was the future wife his mother had arranged for him. She however, seemed to think that her fiance was his best friend. And so he decided to take a wait and see approach towards the matter.  The more he watched her foolish behaviour, the more interested he became. And thus started Mr. Zhou's road of wooing his wife.

CHAPTER THREE - The Little Fella

The whole bar had gone quiet and Zhou Weisheng and his friends were currently the center of attention. This however, wasn't because of him, but because of one individual amongst his friends. Although he and his other friends were all elite handsome men, they were like shadows when walking next to Wei Junhai who was hailed as the Film Emperor with millions of fans. First, there would be a stunned silence and then, there would be a mad mob rushing at them. Thankfully, they would have reached the VIP booth by the time the shock would have worn off.

With the closing of the door, there was a sudden eruption of noise outside. As they all slipped into their seats, Li Fan started up his usual complaints. "This is why I hate going out with Xiao Jun. Nobody notices me when he's around. Aren't you supposed to be filming anyway? Why the hell are you here?" he demanded, as he looked across at Wei Junhai.

Wei Junhai was unruffled as he nonchalantly said, "It wouldn't make a difference whether I was here or not. Nobody would notice you either way." His face was a direct contrast to his vicious words. An overall innocent and adorable baby face, but with a pair of smouldering eyes with a sexy mole underneath his right eye that his fans spent countless nights dreaming about.

"Again!" Li Fan screamed. "He's doing it again. Do his fans know what kind of person he is?!"

Wu Fan, who had been holding in his amusement laughed lightly and said, "All right already that's enough. Just how old are you two? You've been doing this since we were in diapers. Weisheng let's just leave these two and order drinks already."

Right at that moment, there was a knock on the door and a waiter stumbled in. He staggered to a stop in front of the table and looked at them all with teary eyes and mumbled in a low voice. "C-can I take your order?"

Zhou Weisheng usually wouldn't have taken an interest in a waiter, except this little fella was acting rather strange. He was standing hunched over with a huge notepad in his hands which was held over yu illhis chest and he kept sneaking glances at them. The strangest part was that he barely paid attention to Xiao Jun and was instead blushing and looking at Li Fan instead. While Li Fan was oblivious to the attention, the others had all noticed.

Zhou Weisheng had always been highly intelligent and good at noticing small details. The waiter was already being quite strange so with his close observations he had noticed several details. Such as his floral perfume, his girly features, his voice that strangely turned high pitched several times, his hunched over posture and protection of his chest and his lack of an adams apple.

Such as the fact that 'he' was most probably a 'she' and 'he' obviously wasn't a disguised fan. But 'he' was obviously up to something, Zhou Weisheng mused. "This 'little fella' is somewhat interesting." This was his first impression of Xia Ling.
