As I stared into Austin's eyes, I see nothing but darkness. I'm confused. What is he talking about? A tunnel in the restaurant? My silence must have ticked him off because I'm the blink of an eye, he got up off the bed and slapped me.

"Don't you dare lie." I feel tears in my eyes but I don't let them show. So I close my eyes tightly and hope that this nightmare will be soon over.

"I don't know nothing." Is all I say and when I open my eyes, I can tell that my answer isn't what he wanted. As he stares down at me, I know what he's about to do, so I jump to my feet and try to run towards the door but Austin grabs me by my hair and yanks me back.

"Mm!!!" My muffled yell isn't heard as he clamps his hand on my mouth while he continues to pull my head back until it hits him.
