For God's sake! What has he done?! Xavier wanted so badly to hit himself in the head for the stupidity he had almost committed.

"Damn it! You're such a jerk, X!" Xavier ruffled his hair in frustration. Really regretting what he did just a while ago.

Only Rachel could make him like this. Only that woman always made him lose control of himself. Rachel was that influential to Xavier.

The slender eyes blinked slowly, then slowly the eyelids finally opened.

Rachel woke to find herself in a gray room that looked familiar to her.

Rachel remembers well. This is a room in Xavier's apartment. She had even been to this place several times ten years ago, when she became an impromptu private tutor who helped Xavier catch up on lessons almost every day.

She looked to the side, and found the man sitting next to her seemed to be fast asleep while holding her hand tightly.
