Moonlit Legacy

“I’m worried about Enora, Elio.”, Leonora said, her voice tinged with concern. “She has been through so much lately, and now this… what if something happened to her? What if the humans get to her?” Elio sighed softly, swirling the liquid in his glass and his brow furrowing in thought. “I know Leonora. But what can we do? There is no denying the mate bond, you know that.”, he replied, his voice filled with frustration. “Elio, I think we must tell Enora what she is.”, Leonora stated firmly, even though she was unsure. The topic had been weighing heavily on her mind for some time now. Elio shook his head determinedly. “You know we cannot do that! Chapter 16 Teambuilding (1)

Sebastian was cursing under his breath at whoever thought of this. He was sitting in a dimly lit room in his cabin with Adam and Lucas as they discussed the future of the pack. Teambuilding he thought would be a good idea to get closer, but it was not working.

Adam and Lucas just continued to not get along and pushed each other’s buttons. Well, Lucas pushed Adam’s buttons. He enjoyed seeing Adam react to him, which was getting old to Sebastian really quickly.

The atmosphere was tense, and the weight of their responsibilities was pressing down on Sebastian like a heavy cloak. He was getting frustrated by Lucas, because he didn’t seem to take it seriously. Adam was taking it seriously, but he didn’t really want to change much, because he didn’t believe the pack could handle it. Maybe Sebastian was just too ambitious for this shit.
