Making Town

Ye Song looked at the house he made using the system.

"Woah...."

He was amazed by how beautiful it was, the navy blue house exterior, white trim, black door and shutters. It was all to his liking.

He ignored the message in front of him and entered the house.

"Just like that, A new house was made".

When he entered, Even though the house was empty, he can already see his family living here.

This was a modern house with medieval theme. The difference of this to other house was, This was self-sufficient. This gave Ye Song an incredible inspiration and thought to himself..

"I need to build many house like this for the people who will live in this town".

He doesn't need to worry about security anymore, With the penguins and the hamster here to guard the area, plus with the [Item Shop] from the system. He can easily built a fortress.

Nothing was more reassuring than this.

While he was looking around the house, he realize one problem.

The house was self-sufficient in electricity, by converting natural energy in the air, it was functioning without any problem.

But when Ye Song turned the faucet, the water didn't come out.

"Water huh...."

There's many problem but he didn't rush and will deal with it one at a time.

Ye Song thought of a plan and moved on to the next establishment.

The screen appeared in front of him and he pressed the [Item shop].

He then looked at the catalog and chose [Aluminum Fence], [Front Gate], [Back Gate] and [Guard House]. He customize the fence and the gates and made it seven meters tall.

He then set it to enclose an area of 100 meters around the house and purchased it.

It was the [Aluminum Fence] that looked exactly like what was shown in the picture. He chose the customize spear top aluminum fence. It was considerably thick, with this, he will not be attacked by monsters easily.

He waited for a while because it was being made slowly.

When it was finished, He saw the seven meter tall spear top aluminum fence had already risen from the earth, it was surrounding his house and he felt satisfied.

"Even if the fence is destroyed, the monsters will still take damage from it. although I used up some heaven coins for it, it is for safety of my family".

A spear top aluminum fence encircling the house, with this came an incredible sense of security.

After testing out the building system, he looked at the screen.

He was now ready to properly make a town.

After his home was built, he could only make some houses because of insufficient funds.

Ye Song chose [Community Building] from the [Item Shop]. The [Community Building] was a command to simplify the troublesome work of creating buildings one by one.

After picking the houses, His Heaven Coins disappeared in a flash.

"Should I gather the people here now?".

Ye Song shook his head after having this thought. It was still early, there's more things to do.

There was another thing he was anxious, the monsters. He was not sure if the people will easily accept to relocate.

When he finally made up his mind, he said.

"I need to take it slowly, I still need to hunt monster for funds".

He then focused on building the town.

He looked at the screen in front of him and pressed the [Map].

When the 3D map of the area surrounding the fences appeared in front of him.

It was accompanied by a notification.

[Starting the simulation. please choose the range]

In accordance to the navigation, Ye Song selected a range of six hundred square meters past the fence walls and two options appeared.

The [Building] command was properly divided into several blocks that were suitable to build a house. furthermore with [Facilities], Ye Song could build a sewer and extend it near the river.

He intend to use the [Drainage Pipe] to discharge used water from household use and water from the toilet.

With this, the drainage system was complete.

He then installed restrooms in various places in the town.

Besides making restrooms, He also built a main road at the center of the town and built Inns and Stores around it.

Ye Song widened the ranged of the town a little bit and built a [Medieval Castle Wall] that was ten meters tall to enclose the town.

After much trial and error, Ye Song finally was able to complete the town.

The town, with the exception of the main street, was split into twelve districts. the 1st , 4th , 9th and 12th districts were reserved for potential future use, He was short on fund, so Ye Song just made it as vacant lots.

Each district has the size of one hundred square meters. furthermore, the districts were divided into eight parts, and hold a total of forty eight units of houses.

H = House.

One district was divided into eight divisions, in which, a bathroom and a kitchen sink was provided for every houses.

The size of one single-storey house was fifty five square meters on a piece of land that's about one hundred square meters.

Ye Song don't want it to be too close to each other, he did it like this to prevent the spread of fire. if accident happen, the other houses won't be affected.

Furthermore, the structure of each house was built using a fireproof materials, he choose a hardly require of any maintenance and has durability.

With this, the [Simulation] ended and a total of 15,000 heaven coins in spite of it being a small town with three hundred and eighty four houses in it. not to mention, the [Medieval Castle Walls] and [Houses] , even the [Sewer] cost him heaven coins.

He installed self-sufficient type on every house, but because he was short on fund, It was disabled.

When he fully paid the system, the house will automatically be self-sufficient.

With the amount of fund he have on him, it would be impossible to make a town much bigger than this. however, if the town was to be made any smaller, it would feel unsatisfactory.

Good thing, The penguins and the Hamster continue to hunt monsters, his Heaven Coins were increasing in a slow, stable rate.

After thinking for a bit, he decided and pressed [Complete] at the corner of the screen..

[Do you want to buy this town?]

"YES!"

He said with a joyful voice. He felt excited. he made this personally so he was looking forward to it.

After pressing the button,

A sudden noise spread in the air, you could hear rumbling sound outside the house.

"This will take a while". he said to himself.

After thinking for a bit, He planned to looked for the penguins and the hamster to tell them to protect the area while the town was being made.

They need to guard the area in case something unnecessary happened..

He was about to look for them, when he suddenly saw his pets running fast towards him.

He was a bit surprised at first, but he still walked towards them.

"Master! Master!" Ahoka said with a hurriedly voice.

Ye Song was a bit puzzled what's going on and he asked.

"Did something bad happen?".

"No, we just want to tell you, we saw a Blue Dragon in the river near here".

"Then?"

"We saw Rankers fighting it and they were on disadvantage".

"Rankers, Hmph! I don't want to get involved with them for now".

Ye Song was still a bit upset at what happened in the Chosen's Test.

When Ahoka saw Ye Song' expression, he didn't speak anymore.

When Richi saw this, he looked at Ye Song and said.

"But there's a beautiful gir-"

"LET'S GO!"

Ye Song raised his arm, and shouted.

"TO THE RIVER!!!!!!!".
