The attacks were coming fast and hard, injuring me so much that now it had injured me enough that I could not even harness my strength.

If it were not for my rule power, which is aiding me, I wouldn't have even been able to fight. 

My injuries are grave enough that a normal person could not fight having them.

"You are losing too soon, human; I thought you might be able to keep me entertained for a few minutes, but it seemed like you won't survive even by the end of the minute," it said with a laugh and attacked me.

It had attacked me thousands of times in the past few minutes, and each of its attacks was powerful enough to obliterate me if it hit directly.

I am barely defending against it, but if my injuries kept getting worse, then even doing that wouldn't be possible, and if that happened, then there would be only one end for me.
