Prepare her for her new life
She's sleeping. But sleep is far from his eyes. Sin Jeong-Hyuk removes his arm from under her head and climbs off the bed. He walks out of the house, longing for a smoke. There, he sees Kiluan anxiously pacing around.
The royal guard stops walking. He looks at Sin Jeong-Hyuk with questions raging in his eyes.
"Nothing happened, " Sin Jeong-Hyuk sits down on the stairs and takes his cigarette out.
Kiluan takes a deep breath. Princess had told him to trust her. But he has been worried. What if there was another heat spell? Anything could happen between a man and a woman. Princess might be an adult in years, but she's naive about the ways of the world.
"Nothing will happen, " Sin Jeong-Hyuk assures. "I know that you don't want her to bond with me. I understand why. She will go back with you. Don't worry too much."
"I am afraid that she will take too long," Kiluan utters. The longer she stays here, the worse it will be.
