Chapter -06: Registering as Adventurer part 2

She had short green colored hair. Her hair only reached her shoulders. The size of her breasts was F cup giving her a different charm along with her childish cute face.

Her height was 5.5 feet and she had a black mark between her eyebrows which looked beautiful.

The eyes of many people could be seen on those beautiful breasts, but no one dared to go and talk to the woman.

Because that woman was the guild leader of this town as well as she was also a B rank adventurer and she had power above silver Mana Core.

Today was a magical affinity awakening day for many as it is performed only once a year. It was no surprise that guild leader were present.

Her name was Eve. She was famous for her tough temper and determination.

She was also very kind and gentle but being powerful, no man was courageous enough to propose to her.

Eve looked at Roy for a moment, a glimmer of light shining in her eyes, and she smiled slightly with her pink lips slightly upwards.

Then Eve looked at everyone and said in an commanding voice

"After this everyone present will go to the room to the right of the registration counter to awaken their magical affinity, there you will see a stone tablet on which you have to lay your hand to awaken your mana."

"After leaving that room, head to the registration counter for your identity card. The registrar will give you a detailed description of the Adventure Guild policy and benefits of registration."

"Now you start going in one after another forming line. If you don't want to tell your magic element to anyone then no one will know it so you can awaken your mana element with peace of your mind."

After Eve explained it to everyone, the attendees formed a line and started entering the room one by one.

The line was long and it took half an hour for Rika's turn to reach that room.

"Roy, I'm going first."

"Best wishes."

After that Rika entered that room. As some time passed, Rika came out, now she looked more attractive and there was a sharp look on her face.

She looked a little more mature than she had before entering the room. There was a look of happiness on her face. she came to him and said

"Roy it's your turn now, I'll be here waiting for you, good luck. I'll tell you about my elements when we get home."

Rika told him with a happy and encouraging look on her face.

"Okay, then I'll go."

Saying this he enters the room. Inside the room there was a very simple feeling. The room was empty but in the middle of the room there was a platform on which a light blue stone slab was kept.

There was a look of anticipation on his face. Since yesterday he had seen many people using magic which he liked so he also hoped that he could do magic.

Not everyone in this world can use mana so they also can't use magic. So he only hopes that he can use the mana.

Though he was not much worried after getting the system reward but still he felt nervous and had some fear that the system would again do some mischief with him.

He moved towards the stone slab. When he reached near the tablet, he did not feel anything special from that tablet. It looked like a normal piece of stone made in a square shape.

He had some doubts about this, but he still put his hand on the stone.

When he placed his hand on the stone slab, he felt a warm current flowing through his body. He felt as if some kind of closed gate had opened.

He felt seven different colors of light flowing throughout his body. But he didn't know what it was.

He found that now he could feel some special energy around him which he had never felt before and thought that this is what people call the mana.

As he felt about the changes that had happened to him, he heard a voice in his head

[Ding! The host has successfully awakened his mana.]

He wanted to see the status panel from system, when he heard that he had unlocked some of the functions, was delighted.

He thought about what the system had told him last time and didn't bother the system, the status panel, he said quietly in his mind.

He waited for some time for the status panel to appear but he didn't see anything.

"System I can't see my status."

After waiting for some changes to happen he told the system but then nothing happened so he had no option but to ask the system.

[Ding! The host should ask the system if he wants to see anything in the system, system will show it to host]

[Ding! Host would you like to see your status panel]

He was stunned on hearing the system message.

"System didn't you tell me if I wanted something last time without bothering you I should look at it by myself."

[Ding! The host has been found to be an idiot and the system thinks that now the system must search for another host as it seems that the current host would be useless without the brain."]

"System you're too much, how can you say I'm an idiot. I just didn't want to bother you like you told me."

[Ding! The host clearly thinks about what the host wants and where it originated.]

"I just want to see my status panel and it comes with the system."

He thought to himself that he understood what the system said, but he still could not believe that he was a fool.

He didn't know whether he should laugh or cry at the system comment.

After checking his status panel he thought he should move out now as he had been here for a long time. So he decided to check the other functions of the system later and left this room.

When he came out he saw that Rika was looking at his face with a worried look and she as well as the other people's were looking at him with faces full of pity.

He immediately understood what they were thinking. Since he took so long, they should have thought that he could not awaken his mana, because people who have high expectations for themselves yet cannot awaken the mana, they usually take some time to adjust their mind.

And since he had taken so long inside, they must have thought that he could not awaken his mana and was depressed inside the room.

He didn't say anything, just moved towards Rika.

"Roy if you don't awaken mana you don't need to be too sad. I'm still there so you don't need to think about other things."

When he reached him, Rika told him. Hearing this, he felt a warm feeling in his heart and he vowed to take good care of her in his heart.

"Rika you don't have to worry. It's not like what you thinking, I've awakened mana too, so let's go to register for guild cards."
