Chapter -03: Mischievous System

As he was about to sleep, he heard a voice in his head that caused him to jump with an expression of ecstasy.

[Ding! The host has been detected.]

[System binding requires host permission.]

Just as he was about to say yes,

[It turns out that asking about binding permissions is just a formality and doesn't really require an answer because each system host always says yes and the system is always chosen. So automatically connecting to the host.]

He was no longer happy with the system. He thought he had not found the so-called golden finger described in the novels, but a finger that might be called the devil's finger that would prick you from behind at every turn.

[Ding! The host is tied to the system and the novice can receive the pack, should the host wish to open the novice pack.]

He, who was disappointed with all hope, was lost, his eyes regaining some light when he heard that he had found a new pack.

Now the hosts can enjoy his new life with the gift of the mischievous harem system from the goddess system. He was weeping without tears when he saw what the system had written about the System Novice pack on the blue panel.

He then saw the status panel written in one corner on the blue panel, he only noticed that the written words were blurred on things other than the status panel so he asked:

"System, show me my status"

He gets a headache when the system responds and thought his life was just as good without the system, now he only hopes that the system won't make his life more miserable then this.

When he saw that he couldn't do anything about the status panel, he thought it would be better to sleep and think about other things the next morning, thinking that he chooses to ignore the system and starts sleeping.

Somewhere in a private place a beautiful girl of five feet height was sitting on the bed, her oval face, her D cup breasts with blonde hair, her long and beautiful jade-like legs, by which people can call her an angel.

She had a beautiful smile on her face that could make any man and woman swoon, she could see how he looked disheartened and wanted to sleep. Seeing this she laughed a lot, she thought to herself

The next day at five o'clock in the morning, he was disturbed when he heard a loud voice in his heart.

[Ding! Congratulations to the host as the hosts were able to survive till date. Today is an important day for the host, as he is going to attend the magic affinity awakening process, so the system will provide the host with a special quest]

Run 10 miles

push-ups × 100

squat × 100

Pull-ups × 100

[Quest reward: Having the best affinity one could have with magic considering host's future perspective after receiving the Mischievous harem system, as host will qualify for becoming only host of this system, since the system does not want to embarrass itself on the garbage host]

[Punishment in case the host fails the quest: The host's little brother will not be able to raise his head in future and will be reduced by two inches.]

He, who was half asleep, woke up hearing the sentences of the his special quest.

"What is the use of reward, if the punishment is so severe, then every man will probably complete the work without any reward, so that he may be free from such punishment."

He thought to himself. The quest caused him to get up, he hurriedly cleaned himself and changed his clothes, then headed to the lobby, as he found it appropriate to complete the quest as quickly as possible.

Entering the lobby, he saw his mother working with Rika for breakfast. Akari saw him coming and said:

"Baby, you woke up early today, it looks like you're really excited for your magic to awaken."

"I wish it were so but who can tell my mother that today the future generation of her son is at stake."

He thought to himself and with a smile on his face told his mother

"Mom, why won't I be excited. I will be great adventurer and will be responsible for earning in future and you will not need to do any work then."

"Oh baby I'm really lucky you think so."

Akari said. Rika also said this:

"Mom, I'll help him too."

Having said this and not daring to look at him, Rika continued with her work.

"Roy see how good Rika is, you should take good care of her in future, if I hear any complaint about you, then see how I break your legs."

Akari looks at Rika with a smile on her face as if she has got relief from her future problems.

"I know mother, from now on I will take care of both of you."

He replies by pointing his eyes at Rika that he will let her see how he will clean her when he comes back. Rika blushed and no longer dared to look into his eyes.

"Mom, I'm going out for some exercise this morning, don't wait for me to have breakfast if it's late."

He said while leaving the inn.

"This guy, Rika, you should try to be little tougher with him from now on, or else this guy will bring other girls home from outside."

Seeing him going out, Akari said to Rika.

"Mom, as long as I can be with him, I don't care if he brings other girls home."

Rika answered Akari using all her courage. Hearing this, Akari nodded and thought that Roy should be taught a good lesson when he returned.

He left the city after leaving the inn. It was still dark because it was winter, a cold wind was blowing as he left the city gate. When he was about to run away, a gaurd at the gate told him

"Hey boy, if you are going out, pay attention to safety and don't go deep into the forest, monsters are on the rise nowadays and if you meet any monster you should run as fast as you can."

"Thank you, I'll remember that."

He walked out after thanking the guard.

He ran to the bank of the stream, where he had found himself in this new world last night.
