Hospital

The next few days were the most trying times of Myra's life, she spent her time at the hospital beside her mother.

Myra tried her best to put up a brave front in front of her brother, but deep down she was freaking out and very worried.

The doctors said Mum was already out of danger but she would wake up when she was ready. And Myra kept wondering when that would be.

Amal and Jonas always tried their bests to drop by the hospital after work and stay with Myra for a while. Kevin always made sure to stop over and bring her dinner, staying with her through the night.

Since Mum fell sick, he'd been home only once. He always had Kayla deliver their clothes and breakfast. He was unwilling to be away from her that Myra had to convince him to at least go to work.

Myra glanced at her mother's face. "It's been four days, Mum. We're all waiting for you to wake up."
