Eric what is it, if it about work you can send your secretary tomorrow morning 

No Mina, can I see you 

No, you can't But why Mina , I told you it not me, what do I gain from it, tell me , and I already promise to prove myself 

Okay let's see when you prove yourself 

That's why am here Mina, can you just step out 

What are you doing here, my Dad must not see you, besides not tonight please, am so tired

Dropping the call, I inform Alice to bring my dinner in some minutes later, I will be back in 5 minutes 

Ok Miss. I went outside the house to find Eric standing in front of his car 

So here am I , what do you have to say, I ask 

Come into the car, it cold outside, he reply, closing the door behind me, I settle myself inside the car. 

Can I take you somewhere, Eric ask 

Eric, you promise not to take my time, 

I know Mina, I won't,

am just so tired to argue with you right now 

Thanks,  I will take that as a yes, he drove out of our residential area into the city, cooked up into my own taught, I don't know how long he's been driving but I kind of enjoy the ride, it help get rid of my fatigue a little bit 

We are here, Eric told me looking back at me from the front sit, I look out to see where we are, it Avantica spa house, one of the best in the city.

I look at Eric and ask, what are we doing here 

I taught you said you needed some massage, he reply 

And how did you know that, wait did you put a spy in my house or you have some kind of gift reading peoples mind 

Mina there's nothing like that, promise to get a massage if I tell you how I get to know 

No need of promising, I needed one and we are here anyways 

So I put this in your bag, he said showing me a very small metallic object, it a voice recorder 

Why would you do that, to invade my privacy right, you never cease to amaze me, Eric what did you want from me exactly, one minute you are sweet and caring, the other minute you are something else , why did you have to make me fall in love with you , I said out loud unknowingly .

I covered my mouth, oh shit, why did I say that out, am I in my right sense, did I just say fall in love 

What did you just say Mina, thank goodness, I taught am the only one in love with you, honestly Mina, I don't know when and how, but I know am in love with you too. Every minute, every seconds, I always find myself thinking about you, I always want to take care of you, be there for you. 

Mina why don't you give us a chance and like I said I will prove to you that I didn't betray the trust you have in me, telling me about yourself.

You see this recorder, I didn't put it in your bag to invade your privacy, it just to show you what actually happen, that day we went for lunch, this was in my pocket.

I don't who, or when or how it happened, but someone somehow put this recorder on me to listen to our conversation.

Am already working on it to find out who did it, so can you give me time to prove myself 

I look in awe, I mean this things happen in movies right, not in real life, we are not in some do or die game or something, why would someone do this 

Mina you don't have to bother yourself about this, okay, I promise to take care of it 

Alright  I said blinking and nodding my head still feeling surreal .

I drop Mina back home after she had her massage, then I drove back home, and guess what, yes she's forgiven me, haaa am so happy we are cool again, it like a weight been lifted from my shoulder.

I pack the car properly, stepping out, I can already smell Richard's cologne, he has always been a fashion freak, and uses cologne that has a very strong smell, he said it his signature to have people notice his presence even before his appearance

Walking to the door, I saw him standing there with Julius 

Here comes my bro, he said rushing to hug me, I spread out my arm carrying my bag in one, smiling we gave eachother a long and tight hug, I felt Julius taking the bag from me 

Awww Richard, I said rolling my eyes,when will you stop being a kid huh, come on stop it, I push him out of my arm before he squeeze me to death

What is it but I miss you, he reply, showing me his puppy face 

Arrrgh, I fake a disgusting sight as if I want to throw up, that puppy face is not cute again, you know why 

Why, Richard ask looking to be on the verge of tears 

Because you are no longer a kid but an adult who is here to get married, I reply teasing him 

But brother, this is not fair, why do I have to get married before you, shouldn't you marry first, he reply sulking

It does not matter who marries first, okay, let me officially congratulate you Richard, congratulations on your marriage, I reply bowing down teasing him all the more 

Brother, will you stop it, am not even married yet, have not even meet the girl 

When are you guys  meeting 

Tomorrow for dinner, it will be a family one officially agreeing to the marriage, so we are all going , Richard explain 

Why do I need to go, you are the one getting married, 

What do you mean he's the one getting married, we are all going to the family dinner, we hear mom from the entrance, if you didn't involve yourself with her, and insist on being a medical doctor shouldn't you be one getting married, instead of having your father disturb your brother, mom said a little bit angry 

You both come in, dinner is ready 

Ok mom, we chorus walking inside with Richard's arm on my shoulder, Brother who is mom talking about 

It nothing to get concern about, why don't you face your ordeal married man 

Haaa, brother will you stop already, if I don't like the girl am bailing out 

Don't worry, you will like her, she's your type, I told him smiling mischievously 

Really have you met her, are you sure she's my type, wait are you teasing me , do you even know the type of girls I like 

Yes I do, have you forgotten the girl you went out with in high school that blow your mind away, that one you miss the  school trip for and spend the whole of weekend with her and we taught you are kidnap, well you are actually kidnap only that you paid the ransome yourself, I said laughing remembering the ordeal 

Brother did I offend you in my past life that you have to remind me of that terrible girl huh, thank your star that you've never dated I would have use your past relationships to tease you aswell, Richard reply hissing behind me . 

After dinner I went back to my room to check my schedule. The  next day am resuming to the hospital, and i will have to cancel my dinner with Mina since there will be a family dinner,

if I knew I should have bought her dinner after leaving the spa, she look so tired and somehow lean, I will have her check her weight next time she visits the clinic, I said to myself 

I pick up my phone to call P, his 24hrs will lapse soon, but then his call came in 

Yes P, tell me, did you find out 

Yes boss, I did 

Okay so who is it 

I don't know boss but I guess you will 

What do you mean, I ask anxiously 

I tried checking the cctv footage, and I could only see two people bumping into you, I identify them and trace them, it happen that they are paid to bump into you 

I ask them who paid them to, they said they don't know the person since they only hear his voice 

Then trace the number with which he call them 

He didn't call them sir, he meet with them in person ofcause in disguise, there's no way to trace him 

But the most important thing I found out is that, it a meticulously planned work, whoever he is, he must be an intelligent agent, because this is how we work, the cctv footage are already erase but I retrieve only two out of it 

Do you mean there's more 

Yes he paid about five people to bump into you, but the two that I met told me that they are  only ask to bump into you and not to put anything in your pocket 

So bumping into me is a decoy to shadow the real person , I ask 

Yes boss, so if they are five random people, I will like you to think of any other known person that bump into you 

Known person? 

Yes boss 

Okay thank you P, but I still believe you can trace that person, I will give you more time, please trace the person, if it so planned out that it evade you that means Mina could be in danger bacause the only person that is affected the most from this is Mina 

I will try my best boss

I drop my phone on the table, I can't seem to avoid the fact that Mina could be in danger, who is it, a know person that bump into me, could it be.............. Evelyn
