Entrance Exam

It's the day of the exams and we're currently walking to U.A.

"Hey," Chiyo says

"Yeah?" I reply

"Why are doing the hero course exam? I thought we were doing the business course?" She says.

"I was wondering about that," Hitoshi adds

"Well, I thought it would be fun to watch all the wannabe heroes and we would also get to see dear Midoriya use his quirk for the first time," I say, "We can just put business course as our "second" option when we fail the hero exam."

"That does make sense," Hitoshi says.

As we continue to walk up the hill I look at the U.A building.

"They weren't kidding when they said the building was huge," I say with an amazed expression.

"They do have a lot of students, though it seems like people only think the hero course exists," Hitoshi points out.

Walking in we see Midoriya trip and get saved by gravity girl.

"Look at him! He's redder than a tomato! Chiyo said while holding her sides laughing. Which Midoriya overhead causing him to get a shade deeper.

"Leave the poor boy alone he's shy," I say looking at him pitifully.

"He's shy but talking to a girl isn't hard." She responds

"That is true," I sigh.

Calling out to Midoriya I say "Break a leg!"

And grab Chiyo's hand walking to the written exam area, Hitoshi walking beside us. Sitting down we just zone out the entire time since we don't plan on passing, though we do give the occasional funny answer.

'What would you do if a villain had a hostage in front of you' to which I wrote 'save her. Obviously'

Or the iconic 'Why do you want to become a hero.' The three of us roughly had the same answer that being, 'I don't want to. I signed up for the hero course to watch the others for a little entertainment.'

Once the written exam was over I proudly declared I would get the lowest score. Causing an argument between the three of us. I didn't miss this opportunity and said o=who ever got the highest would have to eat my latest spicy dish.

They wanted to back out but it was too late.

Sitting down in the auditorium we zone out again.

I was daydreaming about how later I was going to force Chiyo or Hitoshi to eat my latest spicy dish.

This caused those two to shudder and look at me with scared expressions. I just gave them an innocent look.

But my sche- I mean… Daydreaming was rudely interrupted by a certain chopping boy.

"One the printout there it says there are four faux villains! You have only explained three! This is the prestigious school U.A I did not expect such a mistake! And you the green-haired boy, you've been mumbling this entire time if you can here to distract other than please leave!" rambled the robot choppin boy known as lida.

'Yikes,' was all the trio thought.

"Okay calm down. The fourth villain is a zero pointer just avoid them."

Once that was all over we head to the bus so we can go to our block. [A/n: Ignore the fact that they don't group up friends]

I got bored waiting around so I just laid down on the ground.

"This habit of yours is really weird," Chiyo says looking down at me. "I get you use your Quirk to soften the ground but this is a public place, is it really worth the dirt?."

"Stop judging, It's comfortable, lay down and you'll see" I grumble. She's still doubtful but lays down sinking into the comfortable concrete.

"I stand corrected," She says, wide-eyed.

"You know your getting strange looks right?" Hitoshi says facepalming.

"Meh," we both say.

Chiyo and I just lay there ignoring everyone's stare until we hear Present Mic calling out to everyone.

"ARE YOU READY!??!" he yells out.

"GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!"

The three of us dash out leaving everyone dumbfounded for a second until Present Mics tells them to get moving.

'Come one, he said go, why aren't people moving?'

"Ooh, that building looks good," Chiyo points to a 3 story building in around the middle of the area.

"Yeah, it has a good height and location. Perfect for observing," Hitoshi says.

Running up to the building while ignoring all faux villains we climb the alley ladder to the roof. Once on top we sit on the ledge and watch everyone else.

"Looks like Midoriya is struggling," Chi points. Looking over I see him on the verge of tears looking around.

"That's to be expected though, he only ju-" I got cut off by rumbling,

Looking to my left I see the big bad zero pointer walking(?) down the street menacingly.

We see the gravity girl is stuck under some rubble, Chiyo gets up to help her but I stop her, "Wait, she'll be fine." Hearing me she sits back down.

We watch as Midoriya runs towards to robot, "He really is crazy huh?" Hitoshi says until he sees him jump up high and punching it yelling out "SMMMAAAAASSSSHHHH!!!!!!" to which we start laughing.

"I know he loves All Might but he took his power AND his catchprhase," Chiyo says through her laughter.

We calm down enough to realize that he is about to become a pancake only for our laughter to get reignited when he gets slapped across the face.

Then we fall off the roof from laughing too much.

…

As I'm sinking in the sidewalk I look over at Hito and Chi, "Why didn't you warp me too," she replies by simply sticking out her tongue. Causing an irk mark on my forehead.

'If you got the highest score I'm making the dish as spicy as possible,' I think to myself while getting up and heading towards the exit. Not before we give some encouragement to Midoriya.

"Ey, good job Miroriya you really BROKE my expectations,"

"Yeah, when you punched the zero pointer it was bone tingling," Chi and Hitoshi say failing at holding in their laughs,

"I know I said 'break a leg' but I didn't mean this," I say with a fake aggrieved expression.

"Well, good luck on following your dream… Though I guess becoming the first Quirkless hero isn't your dream anymore… Huh."

He gives us a complicated expression while we walk away. 'I really did abandon my dream...' He thinks to himself.

In a dark room, there is a screen with multiple monitors showing the examinees. This place is of course the observation room. [A/n: forgot the name lol]

"There seems to be a few promising heroes," Cementoss says.

"Indeed, this is the new generation after all," Nezu replies, sipping his tea.

"What are those kids doing?" Vlad says

"What do you mean," Responds Nezu

"Look at that monitor," Vlad points to a monitor.

On it are three people sitting on a rooftop watching their fellow examinees.

"Who are they?" Vlad asks, "I'll pull up their file, In the meantime send in the Zero Pointer,"

Pressing the button they send in the zero pointers. The heroes watch as a green-haired boy punches it. 'Good job young Midoriya!' Mini Might thinks to himself.

"How are we going to save that kid!" Vlad yells.

The heroes start panicking but their worries are calmed when they see him floating after being slapped.

"Rewind on the three kids we just saw," Aizawa says.

The other teachers are surprised by him talking but they do it.

Rewinding they see them watching Midoriya when he destroyed the robot but the problem was they were… Laughing?

"Are they... Laughing at him?" Midnight says at a loss for words.

They then see them laugh themselves off the building causing the teachers to panic again. But to their surprise, the black and brown-haired girl and the purple-haired boy disappear and reappear on standing on the ground while the tired look boy sinks into the pavement.

…

"What just happened?" A teacher asks

Pulling out their files Nezu says, "Hix Takagi, Quirk: Softening. Chiyo Hitomi, Quirk: Short Ranged Warping. Hitoshi Shinso, Quirk: Brainwashing."

"Those are some useful Quirks why didn't they take the test seriously?"

"Ah, they said so themselves."

"What?" A teacher responds.

"Here is what Takagi wrote his exam which he completely failed by the way. On question 3 asking about why he wants to be a hero he wrote this 'I don't want to. I signed up for the hero course to watch the others for a little entertainment.' The other two gave similar answers."

"Maybe we can try and persuade them to become heroes. With their Quirks, they have a lot of potential to become high ranking prost" Vlad says

"It might be possible, the three of them passed the business course exam with flying colors," Nezu responds.

Aizawa narrows his eyes at the screen before looking at other examinees.

Yo, sorry for disappearing for a week. Been busy with school and manga.

pretty lackluster chapter imo but the story is moving along.
