Chapter 1: Another Dimension I

The Naruto world is a place where ninjas and their abilities are commonplace. It's divided into five great nations, each with their own unique culture and political structure. The nations are constantly vying for power and resources, which often leads to conflict and wars. The world is also home to powerful creatures like tailed beasts, which can be harnessed for their immense power. Despite the hardships, the people of the Naruto world are resilient and always willing to fight for their beliefs and the safety of their loved ones.

Boruto takes place several years after the events of Naruto, and follows the adventures of the next generation of ninjas. Boruto is the son of Naruto, the Hokage that everyone loves

It was December 23th and close to Christmas. Everything was normal as usual. It was winter, the seventh Hokage was in his office, tired from doing all the paper work. His son, Boruto is hanging out with his friends, Mitsuki, Sarada and his adoptive brother, Kawaki. His wife, Hinata was at home making dinner with his youngest child and only daughter, Himawari. The Hokage best friend and shadow Kage, Sasuke was surprisingly at home sleeping while his wife, Sakura is making dinner.

A blonde man with short hair was doing his paperwork until he received a mysterious envelope out of nowhere. His assistant and best friend saw him stiffen and got alarmed "what's wrong Naruto?" The man now known as Naruto, waved the envelope in front of Shikamaru.

His assistant, Shikamaru noticed that it was glowing from the inside. 'Why is it glowing?' He sweat dropped. He was reading the letter and was shocked. Naruto saw this and raised a brow. "Shikamaru, what is written inside?"Naruto demanded. Naruto isn't known for being serious but his guts are telling him that this is different. "It's an invitation to visit another dimension." Shikamaru said.

Naruto was confused. "What do you mean by visiting another dimension?" He asked. Shikamaru just gave the letter to him and said nothing.

'Dear Naruto Uzumaki.

I, Izanami Akira, Invite you to the dimension I have created with my power. Im aware that this may sound unbelievable but I would like for your world to meet the masterpiece I have created. I made a parallel dimension similar to yours but it has many differences. For example, the people in my dimension know me, meet me and thus I live with them.

I make their wishes come true as long as I find it reasonable. I revived a lot of people, including Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina. You can say I'm similar to a God and I know the person who created you and made your world. I have watched and seen everything from the beginning but to say the truth I was disappointed with how most things turned out in your world. And so I had the great idea to create my own universe where everyone is happy. I can stop time when you get here if you want so nothing bad will happen when you're away.

Seeing as how Christmas is near, I asked the Hokage in my dimension if it was okay for you guys to come and he said that it was fine. You will stay for 12 days but you can stay longer than that if you want. There is another letter where I wrote the names of people you can bring and ask if they wanna join us. You will be living in my house and do not fret my house is big enough to fit more than 40 people. You have two days which means you have until December 25 to decide and when you do, something will appear in front of you either press yes or no.

A portal will appear and take you there. It's optional if you want to however, you can pack clothes that last for months and It's fine even if you don't, I will give you clothes. When you arrive, someone named Ino Yamanaka will be there waiting for you to guide and give you a tour around the place. As I said before, there are different things that you will be surprised to see but please pay it no mind as it has already been years and people got used to these changes. If someone tells you that something is normal you leave it alone.

I hope you come, Uzumaki Naruto.'

Naruto was frozen in his seat. How was he supposed to react when he just found out that there is another dimension where his parents are alive and that are happier. He quickly took the envelope and found another letter that has the names of his friends and family.

"Shikamaru gather these people in a private room and I will call Sasuke" Naruto handed the paper to Shikamaru and gave him an order. Shikamaru nodded and went off. Naruto teleported in front of Sasuke house and saw Sarada about to open it. She beamed when she saw her idol and greeted him. "Nanadaime! what brings you here?" Sarada asked. Naruto smiled at her and patted her head.

"I came here to see Sasuke" Naruto answered her and stopped patting her head. Sarada unnoticeably pouted because he stopped patting her hair and turned around. She always saw Naruto as a father figure and was jealous of Boruto for having him as a dad but Boruto did not like him. Naruto didn't see her pout because he's eyes were closed. Sarada nodded and opened the door to her house and said "Tadaima!" Both of them went inside and saw Sasuke sleeping on the couch.

"Okaerinasai!" Sakura yelled back from the kitchen and went to hug her daughter. She finally noticed Naruto and was confused on why he was here. Naruto saw her confused face and pointed at Sasuke. Sakura nodded and went to wake him up. For some reason Sasuke refused to get up all day and stayed lazy which was rare but you can't blame him. The missions he receives are top secret and it takes a huge toll on him.

The guy didn't sleep for months because of his mission. A wonder on how he is still alive. Sakura sighed and looked at Naruto, helpless. He looked at her with a face that said "what do you want me to do?" "Just do it!" Naruto sighed and went to wake him up. "Oy Sasuke! Okiru!" And unsurprisingly he woke up because of Naruto voice. Nobody was surprised except for Sarada, who had never seen anyone be able to wake up her dad.

A few minutes have passed, the Uchiha family and Naruto are currently sitting inside a kotatsu since it's really cold waiting for Naruto to speak. He looked at Sasuke with a serious face. He stiffened. He rarely sees Naruto with such a face. "Sasuke we got a strange letter that came out of nowhere and I need your opinion on this." Naruto pulled out an envelope and gave it to Sasuke.

Sasuke reads and it piqued his interest. The one thing that stood out the most to Sasuke was 'another dimension', 'revived people' and 'god'. He looked at the Hokage, his best friend, who is looking at him in anticipation. Naruto actually wants to accept the invitation since he might be able to see his parents and at least have some family time even tho they are technically not his in that dimension but as a Hokage he can't make that big of a decision by himself. It might be dangerous.

He decided to ask everyone who was on the list when Shikamaru finished gathering them into one room. "Naruto if you want my honest opinion then... we should try it". Sasuke answered honestly. If there was a chance that Naruto's parents are alive there then maybe.. just maybe his family is alive there... he missed them, especially his beloved brother, Itachi. If he could, he'd want to stay there forever.

Naruto smiled at Sasuke and then looked at Sarada and Sakura. "Let's go! there is a place we have to go to make an important decision!". The mother-daughter duo were confused about what just happened. But they nodded nonetheless and thus, the Uchiha family and the Seventh Hokage left the house to the private room where everyone is/would be

Everyone who was on the list were present and whispering about what is happening. Why did the Hokage want to see them? Did something happen? etc. Those on the stage are Naruto, Sasuke, Tsunade, Kakashi, Shikamaru, Orochimaru (He already knew about this) Ino (who is gonna project the letter on the projector behind them and Gaara.

Naruto clapped his hand to silence and get everyone's attention which unsurprisingly worked. "Mina(everyone)! I have a question for you... what does everyone think about visiting an outer dimension similar to ours?" 'Le Gasp' everyone in the room was shocked. Sakura was the first one to get out of their shock. She looked at Naruto and asked "what do you mean by that Naruto?"

The said man looked at her and said "We got an invitation by a 'god' to visit the dimension that they have created" Naruto looked at Ino and nodded. Ino nodded back and pressed 'enter' on the computer to project the letter.

Everyone had different thoughts. Some thought of their beloved dead friends and family. While some thought of the different things that they will see, eat and experience. Boruto, Himawari and Sarada were excited to meet their grandparents especially Sarada.

In the end, all of them decided to go and if they liked it there they would spend some months or until the end of Christmas. After the meeting, everyone went home to pack clothes. They packed some warm clothes, winter clothes, clothes for Christmas, Kimonos, underwears, Heavy coat, Down jacket, Sweaters, Long sleeve tops, Denim jeans, Beanies, scarves, gloves, & socks and winter boots and etc...

Currently, Naruto is in his office trying to finish all his work before going to spend an enjoyable vacation. He was the most excited out of everyone to see everything! it's like he became a kid, who wants to explore the world again and try different things. Shikamaru called Naruto to ask him something and Naruto gave his attention to Shikamaru.

"Naruto do you really think this is a great idea? what if it was dangerous?" Shikamaru said. Naruto sighed and decided to answer half honestly on why he chose to go. "It's because when the letter was sent to us, There was no chakra used whatsoever. you felt that too didn't you, Shikamaru?" He nodded. Naruto smiled at him and said "How about we have fun instead of worrying"

Shikamaru sighed and nodded, giving his lifetime best friend a smile. "You really are troublesome, Naruto" The said man just chuckled and grinned his usual signature smile.
