What the fuck was he talking about?

These people had to stop messing with her and telling her things that were half-lies and half-truths. She had him correctly. He was her mate. Nothing like that existed as far as she knew.

Or maybe he had meant that there was an arranged marriage. She was not following what he was saying and he was confused. She needed someone to tell her what the fuck was going on before she lost her mind.

"What the fuck are you talking about?", she asked him again as he had gone quiet.

He looked at her and lacked words to say. He had not meant to tell her just like that. If he had known she had no idea he would have never mentioned it but he had already said it and he could not take back his words.

" I thought you were mad because you were told that I am your mate j had no idea they had not mentioned it to you", he said.

He thought that by answering that question she would regain her composure but she looked more lost than she was before. He wondered if there was something that he had said to ruin her mood.

She had heard him this time around. She had thought that when her questions were answered she would no what was going on. She was now more lost than ever. What did he mean by mate?

That was a word that she had read in books. Things that she had thought never existed because in all honesty how would they. She had thought that all of them were fiction. As the words roed if his tongue it seemed like everything that she ever knew was a lie.

It could not be true maybe they had not told her something or she was not getting what he was saying.

To her understanding werewolves, were mated. That was the only please that word was applicable. He would not just use that word randomly and scare her off.

"I don't understand what are you trying to say? What do you mean by you're my mate", she said as her voice started to break.

This could not be true. It all just had to be a nightmare that she was in. She could not be. He could not be her mate because they were not werewolves. Nothing like that existed and all this was just a prank that they were playing on her.

She pinched herself to make sure that she was not dreaming. She had a good imagination so maybe all this was part of her imagination but the skin where she had pinched herself stung. She was not dreaming or was all real. Maybe even a little too real for her liking.

" What do you mean? Don't you know what it means for someone to be your mate?", he asked her as he studied her face. From the look of confusion she had on her face, he was certain that she had no idea what he was talking about.

What had he done? Had he just told a girl everything about herself that she did not know? How was it possible for her not to know who she was? He knew he was a werewolf when he was still a kid and started shifting then.

"What I want to know is if all this is a prank that yin is using to scare me. Stuff like that is not real and of course, know what being mated means am not twelve. How can that be possible it can't be right?", she asked him hoping that he would say he was just messing with her. That he would tell her that she was right nothing like that existed but his face showed no emotion. He just looked at her as the tears rolled down her face.

All she had wanted was to come and have a good weekend. To get away from the big noisy city and her parents. All she was met with were secrets that were going to change the rest of her life together.

He wanted to hold her and tell her that everything was going to be alright but nothing was a miss. It had not been his ace to tell that story. She deserved to know the truth but not from him.

Was he the k e to blame though? This was sensitive information that they had kept from her for years. Things about herself that she should have been told once she became of age. The truth always came out one way or another.

Her sight started becoming blurry and it started to be hard to breathe. She needed to relax so that her breathing would go back to normal but how would she when her whole world had been turned upside down in only twenty-four hours. Her hand clung to her chest as she struggled to breathe but with each second it became harder.

Aries supported her shoulder and told her to breathe slowly but she could not hear his voice. It was at times like this that she always wondered why he had not been successful in killing herself. She did not even want to fight it. It is when she was hyperventilating she was always scared of closing her eyes. What if that was the last time she could open them. She welcomed it this time and allowed it to take her. Slowly her eyes closed and he was left with an unconscious girl in his hands.

As he carried her body back to the house he was furious. He did not know who to be mad at more. Her parents for not telling her or him for tell g her things that he was not supposed to.

He knew that they were to blame for keeping such information from her but could not forgive himself for giving her that kind of news. If only he had known the whole truth he would not have said anything but just like her, he had been kept in the dark.

He knew her father was the alpha but at that moment he did not care about any of that. He better hope that she was I'm at because if she was not it would all be his fault. He had one job of being her father but it seemed like being the aloha had taken more of his time.

He had wanted to protect her fro. everything that hurt her. But then there were things that you could not protect your loved ones from. He had only known her for a day and did not want anything bothering her but this was the truth about herself that she had to learn either way. All he hoped was that she came to terms with it and accepted it because there was no other way.
