******** Zayn's POV *******

Today was boring, all i did was sign all the documents Caelan brought me. i wanted to get out, but i knew that it wasn't wise for me to do that. i already felt my demon self slowly breaking free from spell the witches used. to numb him so being around humans, wasn't wise.

They are very strange and annoying creatures so being around them wasn't the best idea, so i just sat here, enjoying the darkness and the peace and quiet

The door to my office opened and caelen walked in and i sighed, this man was more annoying than any creature put together, he was really getting on my nerves and i kept looking for ways to get rid of him but he just kept coming back.

The drive to the restaurant was a fast and quiet one and i was thankful. Caelan got out of the car and opened the door for me. i stepped out and adjusted my suit before walking in. "Vélà Cusinè" i whispered the name of the restaurant.

i heard it was owned by a vampire, and it was pretty famous too. i opened the door but immediately collided with someone.

"s.. sorry" a tiny voice whispered before rushing out of the restaurant. i just stood there in shock. that scent.....

she smelled of lavender and roses and also a bit of sunshine. i couldn't see her face to know that she was terrified, i smelt fear all over her. making me wonder what happened.

i felt my throat itch, my demon was trying to come out. i breathed in her scent again and i felt the hair on my body stand and i loudly heard my otherselves growl "Mate".
