He's Too Fat!

"Waaaaah this is awesome!"

This was truly wonderful!

Velina looked in disbelief at the digital world before her eyes.

Her hands stretched forward, tried to reach the things that were not even real.

"The graphic design is so cool! No wonder some people up there haven't showered for a few days! Hahaha" Velina still looked in disbelief, she smiled happily, knowing she was among the first to try this beta version.

Mickey scratched his un itchy head.

"We made two versions, the simulated version, and the real-world version. In the simulation version, we could play inside a building while for the real-world version, the game would integrate itself with our surroundings, inside or inside a building." Mickey explained.

"What you are seeing right now is the real-world version. That's why digital images and what you see with your eyes in the real world seem to merge all together," he continued.

"Try to snap your right finger!"

"Clack" Velina snapped her right finger at Mickey's instruction.

The image before her suddenly changed.

She felt like she was in another room.

"This one is in the simulation version. It is safe to play for beginners," he explained.

"So, if I were to play the real-world version, I would run down the street, climb trees, and so on?" Velina asked curiously.

Mickey nodded his head.

"That is why we do not market this product to the public. This game is too dangerous," he continued.

"Have you ever heard the news about someone who was hit by a car because he was playing Pokemon Go in the street?" Asked Mickey.

Velina nodded, while she got used to the glasses herself.

"So, now you can imagine, this one game I created is more dangerous than that. It's only suitable to be played by professionals like you!" He added again.

"Did Marino try this yet?"

Mickey nodded. "Yes, but he was too fat!"

Velina frowned.

She did not know whether to cry or laugh. Because in her opinion, Marino's body was athletic, with slices of bread sculptured on his stomach.

"Duh! If you think that Marino is fat, say, what are you, then? A King Kong?" Velina laughed.

Marino would have strangled Mickey alive if he had known that Mickey just called him 'fat'.

Even though lately Marino rarely got regular exercises like he used to because of his busy life, he could still maintain his weight, and sometimes he did some lift weights to keep his muscles masses.

After all, Marino did knew the importance of keeping his body in shape and always trained himself for self-protection so that his enemies could not easily beat him down.

Because, well…

They had many well-hidden enemies, for now...

Velina walked out of the room, looked around in amazement.

She saw Daniel, who was staring at her as she walked out of Mickey's room.

"Hi! Let's play together! This game is so cool!" she said, while she smiling cheerfully, like a child who was happy because she had a new toy.

Mickey who walked behind Velina immediately handed him a pair of in-game glasses and four bracelets.

Daniel immediately took them from Mickey and put them on. He then turned on his glasses, integrated himself with Mickey's and Velina's devices.

Now the three of them are in the same world.

"Could we choose a character? Or ourselves is the character?" Velina asked enthusiastically.

"In the future, there will be several characters, but for the time being, it's only like this, only us. I'm making a simulation tool to scan our bodies so that in the future our we could become the characters." Mickey told Velina.

"Waaah! I want to be like Lara Croft, please!" Velina was getting more and more amazed, she subconsciously skipped up and down, to express her excitement.

Meanwhile, Daniel, who had been watching her and her happy mood, smiled.

This girl was just so cute! I want to pinch both of her cheeks!

They then played the game until they were exhausted.

Velina shook her right hand slightly, and suddenly the virtual weapon in her hand changed.

She then pointed her hand towards Mickey who was secretly aimed for Daniel.

"Shot!"

"You are dead. Please leave the arena!" The virtual screen in front of Mickey suddenly turned flickering red.

Mickey turned to see Velina, "Nana! Damn you!" he cursed.

He almost beat Daniel in the game, but Velina immediately shot him first.

"You have to watch the enemies in any direction!" Velina stuck out her tongue at him.

Daniel glanced at the clock on his left hand.

It was almost five in the afternoon.

"Aren't you hungry?" he frowned while he asked Velina.

"Uh, yes. I'm a little hungry, huh!" Mickey immediately replied to him instead.

"It's not mealtime yet," asked Velina, tilted her head.

"Just eat when you feel like it, why would you wait for mealtime? I would die from hunger, then!" Mickey said, acted as if he had not eaten in three months.

Velina rolled both of her eyes at him.

"Okay. Where are we going to eat, then? Daniel asked, stared intently at Velina.

"Whatever. But I somehow want to eat some barbeque!" Velina replied, she stroked her stomach and imagined the roast meat that would go into her mouth.

She swallowed her saliva at the thought of the smoke from the meat he was about to grill.

Daniel smiled wryly when he saw Velina act like her usual self in front of him, not at all made up some disgusting behavior like most girls he knew.

"Ah! I know a good Korean restaurant!" Mickey snapped his fingers.

Shortly thereafter, they arrived at the Korean restaurant Mickey was referring to.

"Ah! Young Master Young! Why did not you tell me if you wanted to come here?" Asked the manager of the restaurant, he was being very friendly to them, and then he guided them all the way to the VIP room.

"It is okay. This is an impromptu plan. Please prepare the usual ones, okay!" he asked while he pulled out a stool and then sat on it.

The restaurant manager immediately nodded and bowed to them, he then immediately went off to prepare what Mickey had asked.
