**Evening. Manhattan, New York.**
In a three-story building belonging to the **New York Branch of Nadutong Express Logistics Company**, the lights in the storage room on the top floor suddenly flickered on.
The storage room looked ordinary, but the items inside were anything but!
The most eye-catching piece was a round, disc-shaped shield. Its outer coating was a blend of red, white, and blue, with a white, five-pointed star in the center. It was instantly recognizable—**Captain America's Shield**!
Below it hung a double-headed machete, resembling a propeller. This weapon, known as the **Tyrant Sky Blade**, belonged to the cosmic warlord, **Thanos**, and had an infamous history—most notably for shattering the very shield hanging above it.
Beyond Captain America's shield and Thanos' sword, the room was filled with various other remarkable artifacts, each carefully placed in its respective spot.
"I couldn't find Mjolnir again…" Jonny Blaze muttered in frustration as he opened his backpack. He unloaded his recent scavenger haul into a safe.
Inside the bag were over **$30,000 in cash**, a collection of gold necklaces and rings, and some jewelry of uncertain value. Like everything else in the room, these were scavenged by Jonny from the **Void**.
The Void was the end of the timeline—the **"junkyard"** of existence. Any time crimes or divergent branches cut by the **Time Variance Authority (TVA)** from all parallel universes in the **Sacred Timeline** would be discarded into the Void, where they would face annihilation by **Alioth**, a living storm that devoured anything cast into it.
Alioth was a massive, energy-consuming storm that obliterated everything in its path, leaving nothing behind. Only a select few, like different versions of **Loki**, had managed to survive in the Void, but escape was nearly impossible.
Except for Jonny Blaze.
In his early twenties, Jonny had fantasized about entering the Marvel Universe, fighting the **Ancient One**, defeating **Thanos**, and taking on all the heroes and villains.
**Black Widow?**
**Scarlet Witch?**
They would all be his!
He dreamed of ruling the world by day and having beautiful women at his side by night.
However, when Jonny found himself in the Marvel Universe, he wasn't on Earth or anywhere close to his dreams. Instead, he had landed in the Void, a place more dangerous than surviving an apocalypse.
If it weren't for his **system**—a special ability he gained during his crossover—his best hope would have been hiding until the Loki variants arrived and opened a portal for him to escape.
But thanks to his **Omniscient Almighty System**, Jonny had a shot at thriving.
---
**[Omniscient Almighty System]**
By observing or participating in battles, Jonny has a chance to collect abilities, equipment, or system points from his opponents.
- **Note 1**: Each target only drops one reward per encounter.
- **Note 2**: The stronger the target, the better the rewards.
- **Note 3**: Jonny can increase his detection range with system points.

Jonny glanced at his character panel:
**[Host]:** Jonny Blaze
**[Points]:** 35
**[Abilities]:** Dimensional Teleportation (acquired by chance)
**[Equipment]:** None
**[Detection Range]:** 100 meters
Dimensional teleportation was the ability Jonny had gained from a Marvel character known as **The In-Betweener**, a being capable of crossing dimensions. The In-Betweener could transform into any Marvel character and use their powers, including even higher-tier beings like **The Living Tribunal** and **The Beyonder**.
By turning into Marvel's editors or narrators, Jonny could alter the universe itself, from turning **Thor's hammer** into a toy to stripping the powers of omnipotent entities like the Beyonder. The possibilities were endless.
The first ability Jonny received, **dimensional teleportation**, instantly turned his situation from impossible to manageable. Using this power, he had turned the Void, a wasteland of forgotten timelines, into his personal treasure trove.
The **New York Branch of Nadutong Express Logistics Company** was the result of his scavenging. Though currently empty with no employees, Jonny had purchased the entire building. His goal was to build his own empire.
He understood that true power needed a foundation. **Kingpin** wouldn't be an underground emperor without his wealth and influence. **Thanos** wouldn't have conquered half the universe without his army and the **Black Order**.
Similarly, even **He Who Remains**, the variant of **Kang the Conqueror**, couldn't control the Sacred Timeline without the Time Variance Authority to maintain order.
Speaking of the **TVA**, their existence was both a blessing and a curse for Jonny.
On the one hand, they consistently pruned time offenders and divergent branches, ensuring a steady stream of "garbage" into the Void for Jonny to scavenge.
On the other hand, the TVA had stripped away the free will of every being in the multiverse, dictating their lives from beginning to end. This was evident with **Loki**.
In the TVA's Sacred Timeline, Loki was meant to be strangled by Thanos in **Avengers: Infinity War**. However, when the **Avengers** traveled back in time during **Avengers: Endgame** and revisited the **Battle of New York**, Loki accidentally escaped with the **Tesseract**, creating a new branch in time.
The TVA quickly captured Loki, labeled him a time criminal, and pruned the new timeline. They reset the timeline, forcing Loki to follow his predestined fate.
Jonny had no desire to end up like Loki—trapped in a never-ending cycle of timeline resets and prunings. His first goal was clear: **become the Lord of the Void and overthrow the Time Variance Authority!**
