Chapter 27 The gladiator?! A weird man

Tom used the side windows to enter his apartment,also thinking on asking for a flat on the upper floors as he would be much better off that way

His apartment wasn't much thief proof considering it was built in a place like Hell's Kitchen which was famous for its thieves.

Tom sat down after pouring a drink for himself,he felt that he deserved one for today's efforts

He watched the for a while ,finally feeling tired again as he hadn't really recovered all that much,so he jumped into bed ready for sleep

Unknown to him,his mistake will be getting Peter into trouble,Starting the events of Amazing Spider-Man one as he wasn't there for the meeting between Connors and Peter,he was busy sleeping it off

Tom woke up in the middle of the day the next morning,feeling much better as he looked at the clock hanging on the wall

Checking the time,he concluded that he had slept too long and missed the classes for today,

He didn't put it to mind as his position was all but guaranteed at this point seeing as he had a bright future and the principal was a jolly fellow,plus the students loved him

His goal for today changed from disturbing his students lives to looking for the one man that could make a good enough costume for him,one that will stay with him for much longer then the clothes he gets from shops

"Though how do I find him,since Matt Murdock is the daredevil,perhaps y knowledge will be able to better guide me"

Tom started concentrating as he tried to remember how daredevil caught Melvin,Melvin was a sweet and innocent mentally retarded guy whose daughter was under threat by Kingpin and that's why he used to make suits for kingpin,

After thinking for a while,Tom arrived at the conclusion that Daredevil had simply tailed Kingpin or someone close to him to catch Melvin

Tom picked up his phone and diaper Matt Murdock a number which had been given to him after their last stunt and Tom successfully surviving that

Matt would also sometimes call him to give updates on Kingpin,

*tu tu tu tu tinnnn*

*What happened?* asked Matt from the other side

"Are you perhaps stalking Kingpin right now?"

There was a silence before Matt spoke

*How do you know that?* Matt asked in surprise

"Tell me the location,I want in" Tom replied ,soon after his phone rang as the call got cut

It was a location,Tom didn't waste any time as he rushed towards the given location,who knew how long Matt was going to stay there

Tom arrived just in time to see Matt running from rooftop to rooftop as he railed a black SUV

Though Tom didn't bother them and tailed Matt from up in the sky,this continued for some time until both the car and Matt himself stopped near a factory

The cars door opened to reveal the figure of Kingpin,Tom wouldn't have believed that such a human could exist,the guy looked like an extremely hunky buffalo standing upright,aligning with him was a normal looking guy with curly brown hair and glasses,who Tom guessed was Wesley and the other one was an old man in a khaki suit that Tom had no recollection of

Though based on the look that Matt gave from afar,he must know each and everyone of them

The trio of supposed villains made way inside the factory followed by Matt,Tom who was observing from high up in the sky also rushed in

Meeting Matt halfway as he motioned for Tom to not speak,Tom was fully impressed by the man's senses that could pick him up from blocks away,he deduced that Matt must have known he was being tailed by Tom right from the start

They both sneakily made their way inside ,following Kingpin from far.

Finally arriving inside they were met with Fisk getting himself a suit made by a man wearing a bright blue dress that seemed to be made of the same material that was present everywhere in folds

The old man that had followed Fisk in was sweating profusely as he recounted his story of being manhandled by Daredevil

Tom gave Matt a look who didn't have anything to say

"you got defeated by a sack of bones" Tom teased

" I underestimated him" Matt spat out

Both didn't say much as I they waited for Kingpin to go away,Although Tom could have tried and fight with Kingpin,but seeing the huge mass of meat patty had him sweating as he didn't want to die a young death,or unless he knew he could defeat the guy

The yellow dressed man was busy working on the table when Matt decided it was time to step in

*Bang* with a stomp, the ventilator broke as both of them landed on the ground

The man,who Tom once knew as a simple and retarded man threw his scissors at them as they both jumped aside

Before Tom could stand up,he saw the giant stomp at him

"Protego" the attack was halted as the man staggered back

'This isn't the simple man that was supposed to cower in fear at all' Tom cursed,

"Well well well! I will be damned,didn't expect the two residents of Hell kitchen to come and greet me today" the man laughed as he put on a gauntlet on his body,pressing a button,the wristband unleashed a hidden blade

Matt charged forward and dealt a strike

*Snap* unfortunately for him the man struck at the incoming stick and snapped it in half,raising his legs,he hammered them into Matt who flew past Tom and landed on his back
