" I Odin, King of the Gods! Command the heavens to rain fire upon the tip of my spear!"

Odin shimmered with divine light as his Pegasus soared into the sky. Flames erupted from the tip of his spear, scorching the Frost Giants below as he pursued Laufey relentlessly.

With full force and majestic momentum, escorted by spaceships, he led his knights in a blaze that billowed smoke and dust across the heavens, leaving a trail of miracles behind.

Countless rescued humans prostrated themselves, chanting the names of gods and offering their faith.

Laufey fought and retreated simultaneously. His divine weapon had been wielded to its limits, periodically showering frost crystals from the sky. Those grazed were injured, while those hit directly perished, leaving countless divine troops in ruins.

Odin led his army to breach the giant's ranks and spied Laufey retreating in the distance, with the sea and glaciers stretching endlessly ahead—a dire predicament awaited!

If Laufey reached the sea, the ensuing battle would be even more disastrous. This thought crossed Odin's mind.

"Meteor!"

A surge of divine power erupted from Odin's body, intensifying the eternal spear in his grasp. When its brilliance rivaled the sun, he hurled it into the sky.

Gungnir ascended like a sunbeam, piercing the heavens and vanishing from sight.

Seeing Odin's move from afar, Laufey sensed the urgency and the importance of escape.

"Hurry! To the sea! Rally the troops! I thirst for Odin's blood!"

"Buzz! Buzz!"

In the sky above, the Eternal Spear streaked toward the coastline at breakneck speed, followed by a multitude of meteors. The sky ignited in flames, shrouding the sun and engulfing the earth in an apocalyptic scene.

"Boom! Boom!"

Explosions rained down on the heads of the giant army, energy waves erupting and smoke billowing while screams echoed through the air.

Far out at sea, colossal tsunamis, nearly a hundred meters high, clashed violently with the scorching meteoric energy, dissipating it. Columns of high-temperature water vapor spiraled into the sky, transforming the battlefield into a purgatory.

Before Laufey could react, a scalding heat wave surged over him. His body rapidly shrunk and sustained severe damage. Clutching his artifact tightly, he watched helplessly as his elite legions perished in battle—his hatred burned deep.

"Ah...! Odin! I shall see you perish! Ha...ah!"

Laufey's eyes blazed with fury as he stuffed the artifact into his mouth.

The giant's body, which had shrunk to human size, suddenly expanded. He howled in agony, rapidly growing into a behemoth over a thousand meters tall.

Icy vapors billowed from Laufey's body, and his arms morphed into hundred-meter ice masses. Roaring, he hurled them toward Odin, closing in to crush the God-King underfoot.

"Fall back!"

Odin commanded his men to retreat as he hurled the spear, surging with divine power.

Gungnir's might was unmatched. Even after smashing through the ice, it retained enough force to continue toward the giant. Soldiers in the forefront, unable to retreat, were turned to ice sculptures by scattered ice crystals.

"True form!"

Odin's countenance grew serious as his body transformed, meeting the oncoming giant. At half the height of the Giant-King, Odin confronted him.

Recalling Gungnir, its brilliance flashed, the colossal spear plunging into view. Lightning-fast, the two giants collided.

"Space reinforcement!"

"The cavalry continues to encircle and subdue the Frost Giants. All spaceships transport mages across Midgard to fend off natural calamities."

"Inform Tyr to oversee operations and expedite the evacuation of the wounded!"

Odin deftly parried Laufey's counterattack, issuing commands while maintaining his defenses on the ground.

The clash of these two giants, one gold and one blue, shook the earth, causing tectonic shifts and triggering frequent tsunamis. Their battle carried them further and further, across the open sea and toward the glaciers.

All that remained were countless craters on the ground and the shattered pieces of body of Laufey's giants."

On the Arctic glacier, Odin was deeply troubled. Laufey had swallowed the artifact, and the polar region trembled with his explosive growth. His steel-like body made him nearly invulnerable. Raining down heavenly fire could defeat him, but risked melting the glacier and devastating Midgard. As guardian of the Nine Realms, Odin could not allow this unless absolutely necessary.

Laufey, consumed by madness, attacked relentlessly at the opportune moment. Everywhere Odin turned, glaciers assaulted him like toys. Despite being only half the size of Odin, Laufey gained the upper hand.

Odin found himself on the defensive, no longer the radiant figure of earlier. His body was encased in blue ice crystals, slowing his movements.

The battle raged until dusk. Finally, Laufey forcefully pushed his body, but his triumph was short-lived. Cracks spread across his body, and icy-blue blood sprayed as he neared defeat.

"Ow...!"

Yet, Laufey refused to concede, unleashing a desperate attack. Communicating with the Casket of ancient winters, he conjured a torrent of freezing air to envelop Odin. With unprecedented speed, Laufey formed an ice spear and thrust it toward Odin's head.

Wounds flared within Odin, and most of his divine power was consumed suppressing internal injuries. The frosty divine power remained, leaving Odin stiff. In this critical moment, he turned his head as best he could.

"Crack!"

The ice spear shattered Odin's horned helmet, and the residual force cracked his golden mask. He staggered back, leaving three bloody marks on the God-King's temple.

Laufey's counterattack failed. Exhausted and severely injured, he fled toward the sea.

"Odin! This isn't over!"

"Pfft!"

Odin stiffened, watching Laufey escape into the sea, victory slipping from his grasp.

The God-King contemplated deeply. Though victory seemed assured, Laufey's retreat and the extent of his injuries would likely preclude future threats. Odin resolved to mobilize his entire army, ensuring the eradication of all Frost Giants on Midgard, rendering Laufey incapable of resurgence.

After a long pause, Odin dispelled the frost divine power enveloping him. He sealed the Casket at his waist and carefully stowed the fractured mask fragments into a small pouch, imbued with divine power.

Moments later, Pegasus streaked toward him, carrying Odin with lightning speed back toward Laufey's base camp.
