Chapter 103: Charging Money Makes Me Happy!

Karla dragged the 200-pound Obadiah like a lifeless weight and threw him onto the ground, looking up with an expectant expression.

Thor was very pleased with her performance. He smiled and patted her head. "Good job! In two days, I'll take you to enjoy the sunshine in Miami!"

Karla's face immediately fell.

This older brother is great in many ways, but his obsession with dragging her into the sun is not one of them. She glanced down at her once-fair skin, now turning a shade darker from exposure.

Thor pointed at Obadiah and turned to Stark. "I'll leave this guy to you. Do whatever you want with him."

That said, he secretly had Hela infuse death energy into Obadiah's head.

Even if Stark's head was smashed in today's battle or he suffered a heart attack, Obadiah wouldn't survive more than three days.

Thor had no sympathy for someone who tried to harm him and succeeded.

Fortunately, Stark, though compassionate, wasn't foolish.

"Oh, forget it. Let Happy handle him. He's now the security chief of Stark Industries and has been investigating my kidnapping."

Stark sighed, seemingly resentful.

Thor gave a disdainful glance. Capitalists are so hypocritical.

Though Happy might seem naive due to his size, his background as a bodyguard made him anything but soft-hearted.

On the surface, it might appear that Happy is reluctant to kill Obadiah, but everyone knew how much he cared about Stark and had zero tolerance for threats against him.

Happy's good temper is only extended as long as Tony's safety is not compromised. Obadiah, who had tried twice to kill Stark, would definitely face dire consequences at his hands.

With Obadiah's fate sealed, they turned to discuss the issue of share handling.

In the end, Obadiah's shares were transferred to Thor as agreed, but with only shareholder status and no decision-making power—a clear case of unequal rights.

Thor now held more shares than Obadiah, and Stark obviously didn't want the company's name to change. He was also aware of what happened to the companies Thor had previously acquired...

Running any company seemed to spell disaster with Thor at the helm!

Thor had no objections; he was also concerned that if he had to make decisions, Stark Industries might go bankrupt.

Thor admitted his own desperation. The business management skills he learned seemed to be inadequate, as though taught by a dog. How could companies destined to become industry giants decline so quickly under his ownership?

Despite making his employees work 16 hours a day, seven days a week, bankruptcy seemed inevitable...

The next morning, Stark Industries was the headline news across major media outlets. The massive equity changes and the exposure of Obadiah's actions drew widespread attention.

The press conference was particularly noteworthy. Stark's unconventional "I am Iron Man" drove reporters wild.

As Stark anticipated, Washington couldn't ignore Obadiah's assets. However, with his support and numerous officials controlled by Kingpin giving the green light, nothing significant occurred in the end.

"Drip! Congratulations to the host for completing the mission - getting rich overnight: becoming the largest shareholder of Stark Industries."

"Mission Reward: Activate the Points Redemption function."

"Points Redemption: The host can use US dollars to exchange for points. $648 can be exchanged for 100 points each time, up to 500 times a day. The first 100 exchanges are credited directly, and the next 400 will trigger the anti-addiction system, reducing points by half!"

"Remarks: Charging money makes me happy! There is nothing that one $648 can't solve. If there is, get a few more $648!"

Thor's eyes twitched.

This system is so advanced—this is the legendary "Fill Money"!

The system had evidently been conscientious, only starting to "Fill Money" after more than half a century! Thor was touched.

Calculating it out, if he earned enough every day, he could accumulate 10 million points a year. The income would surpass the previous eight-year "Thanos Terminator" mission. The trade-off was a small goal each year...

No wonder it was only available now; he couldn't afford it before!

"System, 500 times a day, my hands are numb. Can't I just talk to someone?"

"Yes!"

The young lady's voice was particularly enthusiastic. "This system is dedicated to providing the best recharge experience! As long as the host binds a bank account and opens a VIP exclusive recharge channel promptly, the system can handle the daily fill amount!"

Thor felt that the young lady had never been so enthusiastic before; it must not be an illusion!

Also, why does it seem that despite working so hard all day, the points earned don't seem to reflect the effort?
