I took a peek from behind a building with my face mask on, and the scene I saw was like a movie.

There was a guy flying around with angel-like wings on his back. Didn't seem to be doing much, but he was flying. I was hoping he throws a light spear or something, but nope. Then again, he was the lowest level from all of the people there.

[<Angel of the X-Men> Warren Worthington III Lvl. 19]

{Warren, is the son of the wealthy Warren K. Worthington and Kathryn Worthington. At a young age, he discovered his mutant ability and started acting as a costumed hero.

Warren was recruited into the X-Men by Charles Xavier, so he can continue acting as a hero in a safer environment. He is attracted to Jean Grey and hopes she doesn't get harmed during this fight with the Brotherhood of Mutants.}

Finally! I used it again on him, and it showed me Warren's mutant power. Yes!

Damn, that was a boring one. I noticed there was something else added to Warren's description, and it called him an unawakened Cheyarafim. No idea what's that.

Warren was fighting Mr. Green over there, who was supposedly Mortimer. Huh, I've known him for a few years, but I'm pretty sure his skin was never green.

As I guessed, Mort's mutant power was related to frogs.

[Mutant Power: Toad Physiology.]

He was practically a human toad. Leaping high after Warren and throwing his tongue at him. Ugh, that's gross. I didn't want to watch that, so I moved my gaze away.

My eyes were then drawn to two fighters on the ground.

[<Blob of the Brotherhood of Mutants> Frederick Dukes Lvl. 27]

{Frederick Dukes lived a normal life until his powers manifested when he hit puberty. His mutation changed his physical appearance, and he was forced to drop out of school for being called a freak.

Frederick performed in a carnival using his enhanced strength until he was offered the chance to join the Brotherhood of Mutants. He accepted as they allowed him to live a normal life again by giving him an Image Inducer to hide his mutation.}

This was the dude that transferred to our school about a week ago. He was a big guy, but damn, looking at him now, he really looked like a blob. Big, fat, and ugly, that's what he was.

Fighting him was a girl in a tight body spandex suit. I have to say she has a nice figure. Her auburn hair with a white streak was also quite distinctive.

However, what surprised me the most was when she touched the Blob, and her level shot up. What the hell?

[<Rogue of the X-Men> Anna Marie Lvl. 34]

{Anna Marie used to live in a hippy commune with her parents. After her mother disappeared in a failed attempt to use Native American mysticism, she was cared for by her aunt and father. Due to her rebellious nature, she ran away from her home.

Anna's mutant powers emerged during her first kiss, which left the boy in a coma. She was then adopted by Mystique and joined the Brotherhood of Mutants before realizing that she didn't agree with them. Anna then joined the X-Men. She is disgusted by the Blob's appearance and hopes she doesn't turn like him.}

What a first kiss, I feel bad for her. I hope mine is not as bad as that.

[Mutant Powers: Power Absorption.]

Well, Anna Marrie you are cute, you look sexy in a spandex suit, but I'm never ever going anywhere near you. I like my Gamer ability, and I'm not letting you have it! It's mine, I tell you!

Also, please don't turn into the Blob. That would be horrifying. One Blob is already hard enough to look at, if there were two, I would already be puking my guts out.

I couldn't stand looking anymore at Frederick, even though the beautiful Anna was also there, so I moved my gaze away.

The next fight was a lot more interesting. One guy was making ice out of nothing and sending it at his opponent while the other was punching the air and shattering the ice.

When I found out his title was Avalanche, I thought he would be the one to use snow-based attacks, but I was wrong.

[Mutant Powers: Seismokinesis]

So, he can create vibrations and shockwaves? That's a pretty cool power!

However, I liked his opponent's ability more. Maybe it was because it was more visible? Not sure, it just looked cooler. Heh.

[<Iceman of the X-Men> Robert Drake Lvl. 35]

{Robert "Bobby" Drake lived a simple and happy life. He discovered his powers at a young age and managed to get them under control. He kept them hidden until he and his girlfriend got attacked by school bullies.

In his panic, he used his powers to stop the bullies, but he was revealed as a mutant. The people of his town organized a lynch mob to get him, but Bobby and his family got saved by a local sheriff. He was then recruited into the X-Men by Charles Xavier.

He has a crush on Scott Summers and hopes nothing bad happens to him.}

I'm... not going to even comment on the last part.

Those were some amazing powers right there! I wonder if I could learn to do something similar using Magic?

I mean, in games, Mages can usually use Elemental Magic, though I haven't seen any of the Sorcerers do that. However, the Skeleton Mages were able to shoot fireballs at me. So, it should be possible, I think.

I was distracted by seeing two fighters teleport around the battlefield. One of them was Pietro, but my Observe told me he wasn't teleporting.

[Powers: Speed Physiology]

You mean to tell me, he moves so fast it looks like he is teleporting? God damn! That's... just wow!

Interestingly, my Observe didn't say he has Mutant Powers, just Powers. Hmm. Maybe it's because he had been experimented on? I don't see another reason for it.

I wonder if I can move as fast if I get my Dexterity super high? I think I might have to try a lot more in training my physical stats. I so want to move like that as well!

Pietro was fighting a blue-furred monkey that kept disappearing over and over again. Oh, nevermind, that's just Kurt... wait, Kurt's a monkey?

What the hell? We've been friends for years now, and he had always looked like a normal human with black hair and pale skin! Then again, Toad and Blob normally looked different as well. It's probably due to that Image Inducer. I have to find what exactly that is.

... Damn it! A monkey, I mean, Kurt got a girlfriend before me! Seriously? I think I'm going to die alone.

Okay, stop thinking about your nonexistent love life and continue with what you were doing, Will.

A quick Observe told me that Kurt was a Neyaphem? Again, I didn't know what that is, but his powers were interesting.

You've been holding out on a lot of things, Kurt. Not cool.

At least I was already able to Teleport. Take that, Kurt!

The next fight that got my interest was between a guy shooting lasers out of his eyes and Wanda.

[<Cyclops of the X-Men> Scott Summers Lvl. 40]

I ignored most of his backstory from Observe. It was something like blah blah, tragic backstory, blah blah, madly in love with Jean Grey. Even I could've told you that with how he follows her like a lost puppy.

[Mutant Powers: Optic Blast]

So, his powers were to fire lasers out of his eyes. It's... pretty boring. I mean, it's cool, but compared to some of the others, it looked dull.

I was more interested in Wanda. She was firing some kind of bolts made of red energy, and it honestly looked like magic.

[Powers: ???]

Oh, come on. Why fail me now Observe. I really wanted to know what Wanda was doing. She was throwing the red bolts of energy at Scott's lasers and somehow redirected his attacks. Wanda also looked quite bored and didn't seem to be taking this seriously. Observe also confirmed that.

Like with Pietro, her powers were not dubbed as mutant ones.

The last duo fighting was Jean, dressed in a tight spandex suit showing off her nice body, and a blonde-haired dude. She was controlling various objects and using them to block the fire attacks by her opponent.

[Mutant Powers: Telepathy; Empathy; Telekenisis]

Yeah, Jean's a Psychic like I guessed. An interesting thing was that her level was fluctuating. It would jump up for a brief moment before returning back to 33. She had leveled up a bit in the past few days.

[<Pyro of the Brotherhood of Mutants> John Allerdyce Lvl. 29]

{John Allerdyce was born in Australia. He discovered his powers at a young age but didn't know how to use them for profit. He lived a simple life until he was offered the chance to join the Brotherhood of Mutants by Mystique.

John has a passion for writing and wants to publish a book of his experience with his new group. He has a crush on Wanda Maximoff, but he is afraid of coming out to her. He hopes she doesn't get hurt in the fighting}

Even though she is beautiful, Wanda does look like a scary gal, so I can understand him.

[Mutant Powers: Fire Manipulation]

So, not Pyrokenisis, which explains why he was holding a lighter. He was able to make the tiny little flame, into a massive one before throwing it at Jean.

Ugh, I want to do Elemental Magic as well! I have to ask the Ancient One about that.

The crackling of thunder made me look up, and I saw a Goddess floating in the air.

White hair with chocolate skin. Long legs with a nice round bottom and a large bust. She really looked like a Goddess. Damn, she was beautiful, and I got a nice view of her body as she was also wearing a spandex suit.

What's with all of the X-Men wearing spandex. I didn't mind it too much since I got a nice view of the girls, but come on, can't they get something better?

[<Storm of the X-Men> Ororo Munroe Lvl. ???]

{Ororo Munroe grew up in Egypt. When she was 5, a plane crashed into her home. She survived, but her parents did not. Ororo then became a thief before deciding to travel the lands of Africa.

During her travels, she awakened her mutant powers and became the object of worship to Africa tribes, who believed her to be a Goddess.

Ororo is ready to stop the fight if any of the X-Men are in danger of being injured.}

[Mutant Powers: Atmokinesis;]

[Powers: ???]

Okay, Ororo had mutant powers and something else as well. She apparently was also a worshiped as a Goddess. Considering how she looks, I would worship her as well.

I didn't want to move my eyes away, but my gaze returned back to the fighting.

One thing to note was that there was no one screaming in panic, no sirens going off, nothing. A distance away, I saw people walking around, but no one seemed to notice the obvious fighting between mutants going on. I would've thought this was happening in the Mirror Dimension if I wasn't sure I had used Exit ID.

Another thing was that, even though the X-Men were a lower level compared to the Brotherhood of Mutants, they weren't losing the fight. That was because they had better teamwork and synergy.

Everyone had an opponent to fight, but the X-Men always tried to assist their teammates in some way. The Brotherhood of Mutants almost looked as if they didn't care about their own. Pietro and Wanda were the exceptions as they tried to help each other.

I wasn't sure what to do since I didn't know who are the good guys and who are the bad guys, but Kurt was my friend, so I figured I could help him out.

I noticed that Pietro kept rushing at Kurt whenever he teleported somewhere. So, I made a quick portal in front of him that led to a wall. Pietro entered and smashed head-first into the wall, making a human-sized hole. Ouch, that's gotta hurt.

I could've stopped there, but I couldn't resist causing chaos. It was so fun.

I made a portal in front of Cyclops' lasers that led to big, fat, and ugly.

A portal appeared under Toad and dropped him on top of Angel. The two fell on the ground in a mess of limbs. They looked so cute together.

Another one appeared in front of Iceman's attack, sending into Pyro's head. Oops, sorry, John, it was meant to hit you in the chest.

A large piece of rubble that Jean was holding disappeared and popped above Avalanche. Heh, Avalanche got buried by an avalanche of rubble.

A portal appeared under Iceman's feet and dropped him on top of Cyclops. Come on, Bobby, I'm rooting for you, now is your time, show him how much you love him!

I left the girls alone, and it was definitely not because they were very pretty.

Oh, man, I haven't seen you in a long time, but why did you have to appear now?

I was having a lot of fun, but then I heard a gruff and deep voice from behind me.

"Do you know what you are doing?"

Huh, I think I've heard that before.
