4 Hours passed. Magnus remained in the meditative position without moving. All the Qi in his body is sealed away with the handcuff. So for the past hours, Magnus has been trying to analyze the seal. But whatever that man's goal is he is not that shallow to infiltrate deep into Sun Sect's territory and start a war here.

So it only leaves peak rank 5 cultivators. There are not many of them in this world but still not so little that you can count them with hand. And there are two stages of peak rank 5. Level 56 to 58 and level 59. The gap between this realm is so huge that it's hard to imagine. And many powerhouses of this world are stuck in this realm.

So the best guess is that there is a peak rank 5 cultivator in charge of this place.
