A Perfect Kill

The average human brain can process 100 trillion calculations per second. Since Magnus was born with a special brain that can calculate 10 quadrillion calculations per second. At that moment before both of them attacked the beast, Magnus started running a simulation in his mind. The Apes data from the fight and its previous data from Magnus's memory bank all created a perfect ape simulation. Soon Magnus started his simulation and in every second he completed 1 million calculations. With Anna and without Anna he runs the simulation.

While the simulation is running Magnus is still fighting outside. At that moment his eyes turned blue as one of his avatars was fighting the simulation while he himself was facing the beast in reality. In just 10 seconds Magnus found the perfect way to defeat the beast. But he still kept the simulation on and still added new fighting data. At this moment Magnus can predict every move the beast is gonna make. He can predict which attack will come next and which time to attack him.

"Let's Go." Magnus and Anna jumped at the beasts with their respective moving techniques. Anna kick started with a big jump while Magnus accelerated with a ferocious speed. The ape on the other hand started running towards them. The 50% wounds on the ape are also healed. As a result it regains its fighting power greatly. But Magnus and Anna are different. Anna can only perform her main attacks 3 times while Magnus can perform some more but that's the limit for them. If they can't defeat the Ape before their Qi reserve is depleted they're fucked.

Magnus is quicker than Anna so he's the first one to reach the Apes attack parameters. Since he's the first one to reach the ape punch towards Magnus. But this time Magnus dodged the attack. But Ape also learned his lesson and quickly threw another punch at Magnus. But Magnus predicted such an outcome. The best way to beat this situation is to use a trump card level on the hands that are coming.

Because Magnus is already prepared when the second punch came Magnus quickly dodged the attack by backing from his position a little. The punch brushed past Magnus with a sharp wind pressure. Magnus also prepared. The moment the punch misses the Apes fist joint got completely exposed before him.

"Blades Fury" She lands on right beneath the Apes left leg and aims her attack on the joints like Magnus did. This time her attack worked because she put more Qi then the previous attack. With a very close distance the attack slash cut down the left knee in two. The ape lost its balance as it tilted towards the left side. And since earlier it lost its left fist because of Magnus it can't hold onto anything. Its large body dropped on the ground.

After making that attack Anna already jumped away from her position and Magnus on the other hand changed his weapon to that of his bow. In his bow there are three arrows and each of the arrows has a Qi spiral in their head. Magnus jumped at the falling Ape and from its back he shot three arrows at the same time directly pointing at the Apes head. The arrows flew out like a simple attack but it pierced the thick head of the Ape. Soon three arrows came out from the eyes and brows of the Ape.

This attack is the nail in the coffin for the Ape as it can't even control its body anymore. It fell flat on the ground. Anna on the other hand jumped at the beasts back and with all her might send a stab through its heart.

Soon she started stabbing in the same position multiple times until the beast couldn't move any more. Magnus on the other hand took his sword and stabbed its right fist to the ground so that it can't stand up again.

.....A Perfect Kill...

The beast is dead. If anyone ever heard that cultivators with below level 20 defeated a beast that's equivalent with level 30 they would laugh at them because of how foolish they sound like. But Magnus and Anna pulled it off. Although the ape was technically at peak tier 2 beast in the end of the fight it actually managed to break through to tier 3. But it already lost a lot of energy before the breakthrough. The breakthrough didn't improve the condition much except some of his wounds healed and it's attack power increased. But that's all. Since Magnus and Anna also used all their Qi to attack the most vital positions of the beasts.

After the battle ended both of them take some Qi recovery pills and healing potions and started meditating on top of the Ape body. An hour later Anna finished her recovery and asked Magnus, "What's now? Should we head home or kill some more?"

"Let's go home with this one's body before its vitality is completely gone." Saying that Magnus took the beasts body inside his ring and they head home.

On that day they didn't find any beast before coming back. Although they planned to kill any beast if they encounter, since none were spotted they returned home without any problems.

After returning home Magnus took out the beast body in the small island. They then quickly started to dismantle the apes body and took out all the important stuff.

First of all Magnus took out the core and some vital parts for alchemy. He left the whole body intact because Anna needs to consume the vitality of the beast.

The core that he got is not that great. It's a small marble size core. The ape is actually a tier 2 beast. In order to breakthrough it created its own core. After the core solidified then he broke through. That's why this core is a newly formed one and possesses very little Qi.

After they dismantle it Anna sits down on top of the beast body. She then touched the beast skin and stabbed through the skin with her fingers. Soon a terrifying amount of Qi started to enter in her body as the Apes body started to get dryer.

It took around half an hour for the entire body's Qi and vitality to completely disappear. Soon a bloody aura started to spew from Anna as she walked towards her room and locked the door.

Magnus didn't say anything and kinda understood how she's feeling right now. Magnus also decided to head in his room and locked the door. He's planning to extract the remaining Qi from that core to his body. It's a tough process and needs a lot of time.

And that's how in the middle of the forest of the Alps mountain range a strange couple started their life.

Rugbir Greenhorn the Patriarch of the Sun Sect is sitting on his high throne. Soon the supreme elder Gin rushed in as he was desperate to tell something to the Patriarch.

"What happened Gin? What's the rush?" The Patriarch asked Him the moment he stopped in front of him.

"Patriarch. That disciple Victor has gone insane." The elder named Gin replied with a very troubled face.

"Who's that fool? And what did he do?" The patriarch angrily asked the Supreme Elder.

"I don't know the specifics but he was supposed to reply a few weeks ago. Since he didn't reply to any news I sent another disciple. Inside and that guy returned with a major reply. That guy who destroyed the entire Kazam city and the surrounding is dead. Victor found his dead body. But he didn't reply to any news back to us. Instead he burned the body and started to attack villages and other places in the Northern Lands. He's saying that it's a crime for those people that they assisted in killing his master." The moment the Supreme Elder finished his report the entire hall room went silent. A terrifying aura started to feel the hall that started to suffocate the supreme elder.

"You bastards. I have been cultivating my ass off and you guys are doing whatever you want. First my clan is involved in such a scandal and now this. Even the importance of that man is alive or not is forgotten by you. Send the most elite member of the sect. Take down the head of Victor. Kill anyone who assisted him. If anyone from the Northern Lands kills Victor reword him with a handsome bounty. Victor whatever that basterds last name is, is no longer a member of this sect."
