Talking about Origins (Part - 1)

While Su Yan was going through body purification through the bath, Liu Zheng now in the adjacent room first took out the jade slab which has just been taking up space in the black book now. 

He put the Yang Crystal Jade Bed on the floor and touched its surface to absorb the Yang Qi within it. Few minutes into the process, the result turned out to be pretty disappointing.

"I though since someone in the transcendent realm was sitting on this thing, it could have helped me peak the minor realm I am currently in but this is... just a hot cup of tea?"

Treating it as time pass, Liu Zheng started to absorb the everything out of the jade bed which slowly but surely formed drops Yin-Yang Qi stored in his dantain. 

In just a span of two hours, the whole bed was gone, leaving behind a small piece of precious jade and just Liu Zheng has said before, it only managed to add a cup worth of liquified Qi.

He used his sharingan to see through the piece of precious jade and as expected it did contain a spirit which should be called a true spirit and it was somewhat sentient as far as he could see with the potential of maturing in a hundred years or so. 

This was the thing that allowed Yang Kai to get a conflagrated Knowledge Sea which is basically a type of mutated knowledge sea. Just like some people are born with special physique, that is also the case with their soul with the most prominent being the Mutated Knowledge Sea which acts just like a normal one would except that it has attribute associated to it.

The attribute can be ice, fire, poison, water or anything in which the most commonly found is the Fire Attributed Mutated Knowledge Sea or simply called Conflagrated Knowledge Sea which is very useful for alchemists and artifact refiners as it allows very precise control of the heat which is much harder to achieve from just the Fire Qi in their dantain or even harder from an external source such as a fire vein.

Liu Zheng having the bloodline of Yin-Soul Race and Yang-Soul Race already has a very special mutated knowledge sea which contains yin-yang attribute where the yang attribute could be used for heat generation but he is just too greedy.

If the fire attribute is added to the already present yin-yang, something never seen before could be born, a transcendent knowledge sea with ultimate offense and defense as well as some very versatile utility in alchemy, artifact refining, soul techniques or even arrays.

"But I should wait until Su Yan is finished because if something goes wrong and I involuntarily release a pulse of Qi, it might cause a littleee bit of destruction of property, hehe."

~'Why are you grinning like an idiot all on your own?'~

~'Huh, Zangetsu? What's up with you sneaking into my head all of a sudden? Did you get bored?'~

~'I am not sneaking anywhere, that's just where I live, Okay? I only messaged to check what you have been doing only to find you acting like an idiot.~

~'I am not acting like an idiot. It's good that you contacted me cause I was going to do so myself. Let's get Old Man on the line too. Old Man, are you there,?~

~'Yes, Liu Zheng.'~ Old Man responded through their unique spiritual connection.

This way of communicating was similar to divine sense but on a deeper level due to the origin of zangetsu and old man of being born with Liu Zheng within his soul. It is almost unnoticeable unless made obvious by them.

~'So, I wanted to ask if it is possible for a knowledge sea to have 3 attributes. Even if it is possible, is it worth the risk?'~

~'Partner, Are you being serious?'~ Zangetsu asked.

~'Yeah, why?'~

~'Aren't you afraid of turning into a fried chicken if you keep testing the heavens like this? You have pushing bro's limits ever since you have born, he might just snap sometime and BOOOOOM. You'll be gone'~

~'Although his way of explaining things is quite crude. There is some truth to his words. Your upcoming tribulations will keep getting worse, the power you gain. The world principles can see through everything and it won't just be a test for one time. Once you gain an ability, as long as it is useful, your tribulations will always be harsher keeping it into account until the Emperor Realm.'~

~'Then shouldn't I be long gone by now considering I have such powerful zanpakutos with two supreme conflicting attributes, quincy abilities and even these eyes which even you had a hard time believing its powers, not to mention those techniques I use which are out of the the world but thinking about it, the world hasn't truly tried to punished me nearly enough for the things I posses.~ Liu Zheng asked Old Man.

~'Yeah, even I had doubts about his eyes. Although, I am glad he has them, considering their potential and already established powers, It's simply... what word did you use for it, it sounded very cool'~

~'Broken'~ x 2. Both Liu Zheng and Old man replied at the same time.

~'Yeah, It's fu*king broken.'~

Their connection was close enough that they could see each other's avatars on a spiritual plane inside Liu Zheng's mind. A nice way to hang out and helpful during battle when fighting separately.

~'I can explain everything but, your eyes, I do have a plausible theory for them but I am not quite sure.'~

~'Just go ahead. I know you must have thought things before coming to any kind of conclusion.'~

~'You must have heard about the divine spirits, and how the heavens themselves help them cultivate?'~ Old man asked Liu Zheng.

He nodded and replied ~'Yeah, but that's what people believe. The world helps nobody in cultivation and mostly those guys don't even cultivate. They just grow up, the only reason they use supplements to improve their bloodline and increase source strength is to grow up faster though it becomes much harder in the later stages and no one wants to reach their peak on the brink of death so things such as phoenix nest and dragon pool become necessary but it doesn't change the fact that their cultivation is just growing up.'~

Old Man smiled and continued ~'True, as long as they grow to adulthood their power would be equivalent to high rank open heaven after which it becomes hard to just rely on growing up so most of them have their own unique means of advancing further including techniques, artifacts, special environments etc. Now, here's a question, have you ever heard of a divine spirit going through tribulations when their strength increase?~

~'Huh? Why would the divine spirits ever..... Wait a damn minute, It is fine they do not get receive any tribulations, even the monsters don't but why only humans? Does the world have some special problems with humans?'~ Liu Zheng was to confused to why test only the humans and giving free reign to the monsters.

I explained mutated and conflagrated knowledge sea properly since I though many readers just think its good stuff and move on. The same goes for Divine Spirits so we'll talk about it in these two chapters and also the vague origin of his powers in the 3000 worlds.
