"Come in," he said with a warm smile.
The door opened, and Eliana entered the room, her footsteps echoing softly against the polished wood floors. She wore a simple dress that swished gracefully around her legs as she walked towards Sebastian, who had closed his book and now focused all his attention on her.
"I'm grateful that you called me here," she said, settling into the seat next to him.
"It's no trouble at all," Sebastian responded, his gaze never leaving Eliana's features. "How have you been doing?"
"I'm doing well," she replied, a gentle smile spreading across her lips. "Everything has finally started to calm down."
Sebastian stood up and walked towards the window, gazing out at the view before him. "Yes, it has," he murmured quietly.
