"Grandma Lin, Emma will be my problem and responsibility…" Vito is speaking out of sudden with only a small, short sentence to his wife grandmother.

"I am sorry, A Man… I am forgetting about you…" Grandmother Lin is trying to be polite to Vito.

"You do not need to bother outsider, grandma. I can settle this matter," Vito is trying to be outstanding in front of his biggest competition.

"I do understand…. In the future, I will not be ashamed to ask your help then…" Grandmother Lin is smiling to agrees with his request.

"Grandma, let's go and let sister Lin to recuperate… have you has your breakfast?" Emma is holding her grandmother to help her stand up.

Grandmother Lin is shaking her head and joining her grand daughter for lunch. Vito is escorting the two ladies out from the room. Han Zheng can't hold his anger any longer to see him to cast aside. He is standing up and walking toward the door.

"Brother Han Zheng, where are you going?" Lin Yan is asking with her weak voice.

"I have to go back to the company. I have a lot of things to deal… if you needs anything please contact my phone," Han Zheng is telling her before he left her ward room. As soon as the door close behind, Lin Yan is throwing the pillow toward the closing door to vent her anger.

Han Zheng is really angry, and he left the hospital to his car. He regrets his decision to not fighting for Emma. It seems his position already change and shift to someone else. He needs to talk with her to find out about the whole story. He decides to go back to his company to make himself busy with his own work.

In her room, Lin Yan needs to sacrifice herself to get into brother Han Zheng bed. At the moment, Emma is actually ruining all her image build in front of brother Han Zheng. Her choice will be climb into brother Han Zheng's bed or actually climb into Mr Mancuso bed. Anyway, she supposedly married to Vito Mancuso. She is thinking a way to pay her sister tenfold of humiliation today.

Emma is taking her grandmother to the cafeteria on the third floor. She is swapping her employee card to pay for three set meal for them. AI Jia is going forward to pay it with his employee card when Vito is stopping him.

They are going to the nearby table for her grandmother and Emma is going to get her the food. Vito is following her to get the food tray which obviously the first experience in his life to get his own food on the tray.

Ai Jia is following his boss with his unbelievable eyes to see his boss action. His boss is grabbing the tray and helping his wife to carry the two trays while she is holding her grandmother tray. Ai Jia rushed to help his boss.

The director of the hospital is coming in the rush to find out their new owner visit to the hospital and having lunch in the cafeteria. They just got informed by the foundation director about the handover of ownership to Man International Corporation.

Their heart almost drops to the floor to see him carrying the food tray for the employee. They got informs by the Human resources department when the big boss assistant is asking for the employee card access earlier. They can't believe the view in front of them. They got all sweaty from to find out about it. the big boss even has a normal food and meal as the others employee which showing their budget cut.
