CH25. Keeping him company

"I heard wrong," She says to herself. "Young master, how do you think I can pay you? That is after you have been lenient to me. I can only make a maximum of one hundred thousand my whole life. And that will mean that I will have to starve my self to even death. I know the young master is not so heartless."

"Actually, I can excuse you. You don't have to pay with money," he says and smiles again. "Can you pay with yourself?"

Xiao Xiao opens her mouth again in shock. "Young master..." What  does he mean by paying with herself?

"Oh, I meant, I have a condition that you can use to pay me," he says.

"What is it?" Xiao Xiao asks. She had been scared to death when he said pay with herself. The meaning that had come to her head was so perverted.

"You can keep me company every time you are free. Maybe a thousand for an hour. What do you think?" He asks quietly and moves closer to her.

Oh, heavens knows how much he wants to pull this girl and punish her. Is she willing to accept to pay for something she did not do?

But since he might benefit from the whole thing, he better use the chance well.

"Keep you company?" She asks in surprise. Does he want that as payment?

Lu Min Chen looks at her when she asks that. "Is that difficult? You can also choose to pay back the money. It is your choice," he says coldly.

"No! No! It is okay. I will keep the young master company," she says. That is around three thousand hours. Shit! How will she cover all that?

"It is settled then," he says with a grin and walks back to his seat.

If he wants her to fall in love with him, then he has to make sure she is close to him most of the time. He knows that this trick is going to work. 

Xiao Xiao thinks this is better. As long as she does not use any of her money to pay for the things she did not do, it is fine.

Keeping him company for three to four hours a day is not a bad thing. She might even have a chance to rest.

"Is there anything you are doing now?" Lu Min Chen asks as he begins eating his food that has now cooled down a little.

"Yeah, I was looking after the kids," Xiao Xiao says and begins walking away.

"Somebody else will do that," he says, stopping her. "Keep me company now."

"Um...now?" Ye Xiao Xiao questions with some hesitation.

"Is there any problem?" Lu Min Chen looks at her as though he is unsatisfied with her reaction.

"No," she says and looks away from his gaze.

"Good, follow me," he says and places down his chopsticks. He is already done eating.

Without any more complain, Ye Xiao Xiao walks behind him back to his working desk.

The man points to the empty seat in the room. "You sit there," he says and goes back to his work.
