Chapter 5: Good things must end.(New)

It's been four days since Alex had woken up and finally mastering Occlumency, during those days Alex had been busy. He would train for hours in the [Instant Dungeon] for hours honing his skills and his Magecraft, he also spent some time bonding with his parents and little brother which he quite enjoyed. At first, they were worried about Alex going outside of the house due to his health but as he continuously reassured them that he's okay they hesitantly let him go outside to play but only in the boundary of the new home. Alex didn't care either way as he didn't go out to play but set up a boundary field to let him know if an enemy was here. But fate have other plans for Alex.

On the 5th of November 1981 during sunset, Alex was alone with his younger brother when he felt three presence enter the manor. Seeing as they were not hostiles Alex went to peek out into the hall to see who it was. There he can hear the cries of a female and male pleading someone not to do it. Hearing this Alex's mind went fast as he notices that voices were his parents and they were both in distress but he needs information.When the door open he can spot his parents and an elderly man with long white hair and beard wearing grey robes and half moon spectacles.

"Albus you can't do this!" James shouted at the elderly as he blocks his path "You won't know that will happen!"

"He's right Albus w-we'll raise him right! So please!" Lily begged the man as she clutches his hands.

"This is for the greater good Mr and Mrs Potter." Dumbledore stated as he holds Lily's hand to reassure him, "Jealousy and envy is the bane of mankind…"

"Please we'll raise him to never be jealous of his younger sibling j-just please don't do this!" Lily begged as she lets go of Dumbledore hands.

"You leave me no choice…"Albus sighed.

With hope in their eyes James and Lily couldn't help and smile as they finally got their mentor top trust them, but with that little linger of hope was soon extinguished as Dumbledore chantlessly cast a stunning spell, stunning the two Potters into unconsciousness.

"I'm sorry…Lily…..James but it's for the greater good." Dumbledore apologized as he pulls out his wand and point at them, "….Obliviate"

And with a flash of light memories of their first born was soon forgotten, leaving Lily and James Potter with nothing but a fleeting moment of heartbreak and heartaches as they drift into nothingness.

Alex seeing this couldn't help but curse himself and quickly plan to see what he can do before the old fool can come closer and obliviate his memories as well. That's when he had an idea, with his [Illusion - A] he can make an Illusion of himself to fool Dumbledore. So, with little time he has Alex summoned a perfect copy of himself and commanded him to interact with his younger brother as he cast another illusion on himself to help him blend around the surroundings. Hearing the steps getting closer and closer Alex got to position besides the door. As the door open slowly (Fake) Alex slowly turned around to spot an old man.

"Hello, young Alexander," Albus warmly greeted the young boy as two figures was levitated behind him, "I mean no harm."

"What did you do to my parents?" (Fake)Alex demanded as he spots them unconsciously floating behind the elderly man.

"Nothing to worry about just calm down…..Stupefy." Before (fake)Alex could retort he was suddenly stunned by Dumbledore, "I'm sorry about this but…this is for the greater good….Obliviate."

And with the flash of light (Fake)Alex soon succumbed and fell unconscious. The real Alex then quickly cast an illusion on Albus so he can replaced the fake Alex. De-casting the spell Albus not noticing the changes began to levitates the boy and set his plan in motion.

"For the greater good…"

When Alex 'woke up' he found himself in a bed at the orphanage where the old fool placed him on. With A huge grin Alex starts planning a way to ruin Dumbledore for what he has done. Noticing the door opening Alex sat up to see an old woman wearing a nun clothing.

"I see your finally awake Mr.Evan.." Said an old feminine woman, "We found you laying outside in the cold with a letter that only said your name and to take care of you, tell me do you remember anything?"

'I see so Dumbledore change my name I guess I better play the part of an amnesiac child then…' Alex Pondered before replying, "No I don't…"

Seeing the child tearing up, the old woman patted his head to calm his down, "Don't worry your safe here….Just lay down and I'll get you some food you must be hungry."

Finally alone, Alex stopped the act and went to think about his next plan. 'I have seven years till I get admitted into Hogwarts this will be enough time to train my Magecraft and practice wand-less Magic. I can use the time in the orphanage to train and with the help of the [Instant Dungeon] I can train with no witnesses. But I first I better check if the old coot put some wards on me.'

Using [Structural Analysis] on himself Alex found that there were no anomalies in his body, this cause him to smirk and prepare to begin his plan.

'Just you watch old man I will destroy you!'
