"No.. no no no DON'T.. …", she said, then she rose up as if someone splashed iced water on her, feeling pain in every part of her body, however, there was no time for that. "Oh, greetings, your highness, my name is Ray Leo and you just woke up after being in a car accident. The doctors said there is no need to worry and you will get back to your normal condition soon but if you are feeling pain anywhere please let me know", Ray said calmly, with a smile that he doesn't usually show to anyone, sitting on the chair that was the closest to her bed.

"Welcome back dear, we were all worried about you yet thankfully Ray found you and brought you here. Now please excuse us as you need to rest well", Josephine said, then they all went out except Ray who was asked by Silvia herself to stay

"Thank you, for saving me", she said

"No need to say that, everyone in this country is thankful to you. However, my lady, you must have been more cautious, you know you have so many enemies beside the people who love you. Our great military minister should never be seen weak, otherwise it would affect this country as a whole, that's why I had the audacity to bring you here without your permission", Ray said

I think you should stop calling me my lady now as this is our second meeting"

"I'm just trying to show my respect to you, my lady, and I sadly don't recall meeting you before now. Please excuse me now as you must rest", Ray said calmly, then he stood up and went out of the room while feeling satisfied about their conversation, however, he never imagined that his mother would be waiting for him inside the office. Her eyes were as sharp as a knife, looking at him with a deadly look she only shows to enemies, and sitting on the chair with her arms crossed

"What are you planning, Ray?" she said coldly

"I already told you the plan", he replied directly

"RAY, please tell me that you are not going to do what I think you are going to do", she said angrily

"Well, that depends on your thoughts, mom", he said calmly, splashing deasil on her anger fire

"YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON PLAYING WITH HER FEELINGS, ARE YOU?" she said, yet just seeing the smirk on his face was more than enough as an answer

"HELL NO, I WOULD NEVER ALLOW THAT", she said

"Mom, have you forgotten all the pain we have been through because of those people? Have you forgotten the seven years we lived without dad? all the times you cried with no one to lean on, all the times your tears wetted your pillow, and me, what about my feelings ha? I was born ready to die at any moment, I trained day and night just to keep us safe. All the people we love will have to leave us one day but we must accept it normally, is that what you want? Do you want to lose me or Tian?" he said, making her tears fall down quietly

"Mom, we need her in order to get the throne, and I won't play with her feelings only, I would be playing with mine too. I only want us to live like a normal family without any fears and I would do anything for that", he said with a low voice that she could barely hear, then he left the room, leaving her to wipe her tears alone.

Ray went to the lake side right after that, stable and calm as he used to be since he was a child

"I knew I would find you here", Steven said

"She is mad at me", Ray said without taking his eyes of the sparkling lake

"Ohhh don't pay much attention to that, teacher can't stay mad for a long time, she would surely get back normal tomorrow as most", Steven said lively

"Shut up, Steven, you are not helping at all. I'm doing this for her, everything I do is for her to live happily", Ray said

"Well, I'm sure she knows that, but maybe this is the main problem. Teacher doesn't really care much about her own happiness, just try saying that you are doing this plan or Tian, and she would do anything to help you", Steven said

"I don't think so, she thinks that I'm doing it for everyone's sake, yet she still shouted at me right after she knew what I am doing", Ray said

"She would eventually thank you for all these things she might hate right now, additionally, we don't have time for this, the next stage is starting soon", Steven said coldly, then he patted Ray's shoulder and went back
