Garven released a deep breath of relief. He was glad that he wasn't called out once again.

"Congratulation! It seems like you are strong enough to survive this trial." Azur walked next to him as he congratulated Garven.

"I was just lucky. Both times!" Garven answered with a flat expression.

It was true though. The main reason why he survived was luck. If his first opponent hadn't used Blood Secret Art from the beginning or if his second opponent hadn't focused on defense when he had a chance to move, then Garven would've lost.

"But, luck is also part of survival, isn't it? There are forty-eight of us and only twenty of them. Around twenty-eight would've been lucky to survive and now thanks to you, that number increased to twenty-nine."

"Not to mention, because you and Goreng won, thirty-one of us would survive." Azur chuckled.
