Chapter 54

The hunters rushed in the direction the bear traps were located. Hearing the sounds of multiple going off, they knew the werewolf had managed to escape from them. 

When they got there, they paused to study the place. If Logan truly triggered all of them, then they could pass through easily, but if there were a few that were left untriggered, then they would have to be careful. 

The blood on the first bear trap told them Logan was hit by the first one, but he had managed to escape from it. 

Walking forward slowly, they advanced steadily but not too slow, only after noticing that even after going halfway through the place they couldn't trigger any of the traps did they quicken their steps. 

They just went past the middle of the area when a trap was suddenly triggered. A man who was standing on the far left screamed in pain as he fell to the ground. 

"He opened them again, be careful!" One of the men warned the others.
