Unknown Relatives

Gabby stopped now and covered me with a blanket instantly. He still had every one of his dresses intact. I could see that he had a huge bulge. I wondered who the lady in question was. I began to wonder if the lady was Gabby's concubine.

"What are you doing here, Eileen? I am sure the guards must have stopped you, but you must have forced your way here. Why are you so stubborn?" Gabby asked her angrily.

I had heard the name 'Eileen' before, and it had to be recently. I began to think about where I heard this name.

"I heard you got married, and I wanted to confirm," Eileen replied. "I haven't been home for about two weeks and when I get back, you are in bed with a woman."

"Should I be in bed with a man?" Gabby asked her carefully. "You need to leave right now before I get angry."

Now, I remember. Rosa was the one who told me about Eileen and, from my calculations, Eileen was Gabby's baby sister.

"Is it too bad to check up on my elder brother? I don't like the fact that you got mated without me. I should have checked your potential mate before you had the mating ceremony. What if she is a devil? You will only find out after this, and it will be too late!" Eileen said slowly.

I was tired of this. I lay on the bed while making a lot of noise. I turned my back towards Gabby and this was enough for him to know what he was supposed to do.

Gabby stood up almost immediately and pushed Eileen out of the room. The latter complained, but Gabby threatened to slap her if she kept on persisting. Eventually, Eileen was kicked out and Gabby locked the door.

"I should have locked the door in the first place!" Gabby said slowly. I wasn't seeing him, but I could tell when he got to bed with me. I felt his hand on my shoulder.

I had my plans. I was going to play hard to get here. If I gave myself to Gabby too cheaply, he might never understand the fact that I was hurt by Eileen's invasion. She called me a devil indirectly.

As his hands touched me, I pushed his hands away and slept soundly. Now, he began to whisper in my ears.

"I'm so sorry. It wasn't planned at all. You know I want you the same way you want me. I would never plan something like this," Gabby said to me slowly. He was crawling up to me.

I sat up instantly. I didn't want to piss him off.

"Who is she? What is her relationship with you? How come she can barge inside our room without fear? It shows she has been coming inside for a while!" I told him angrily. I had to make him understand that it was his duty to protect my feelings.

"Of course, she has come inside my room before, but that doesn't matter," Gabby told me slowly. This was becoming an argument and I didn't want it. However, I still needed to do what was necessary.

"That should be a thing of the past!" I told him sharply. "Before, it was your room, now it's our room. Regardless, who in the world is Eileen?"

I had a brief idea of who she was, but I wanted to hear it from the lion's mouth. I didn't want him to know that Rosa had given me some information. I wanted to know if Gabby would lie to me about this.

"Eileen is my younger sister!" Gabby said slowly. "After we lost our parents, I had to take responsibility for her. Our relationship is very tight and that's why she could come into my room like that."

"Apart from Eileen, do you have any other family members?" I asked slowly. I was trying to check if Rosa's information and Gabby's information would tally.

"I have one," Gabby replied. "Her name is Josephine and she is my cousin. I am sure she is also here in my mansion. She should have come with Eileen but since our relationship is not that tight, she must have stayed behind."

"I don't like men with baby sisters," I told him slowly. This was said light-heartedly, and I knew he would understand.

"Says a woman that has only been with me in her life," Gabby replied. "How many men have you been with to have such choices?"

I shook my head in disapproval.

"It doesn't matter!" I told him sternly. "I don't like to share my man and since you have a clingy baby sister, we might have some problems. I don't want us to end up as rivals."

"No, it will never get to that point!" Gabby replied. "Eileen might be clingy, and she might act childish, but she is truly mature. She is only mad at me that she didn't see you before we had our mating ceremony. Once you meet her and bond with her properly, you will find out that she is a sweet girl."

I was ready to disagree here. Gabby might know a lot of things but in this specific case, he knew nothing. I would have issues with Eileen in the future and the best thing he could do is to make sure that our paths don't cross too often.

"I do not doubt that Eileen is a sweet girl. I think she is quite an interesting fellow, but that doesn't excuse her from the matter at hand. Like you said, she has only you, and she wants to be with you. If she is of age, how about you," I said, but I couldn't do it.

Gabby kissed me to stop me from talking. He stopped now and brushed my hair with his hands.

"Tonight is supposed to be for love and pleasure," Gabby said slowly. "Can we postpone this discussion and do something more necessary?"

Gabby didn't wait for my reply before he kissed me again. I wanted him as well, and I wasted no time there. We were ready to make love, and we did it specially.

I won't forget that day.

After we had finished, we lay beside each other with no clothes. Gabby held my waist slowly and whispered in my ears.

"It will all be fine," Gabby told me slowly. "No matter what happens, remember that I love you, and I am always ready to sacrifice anything for you."

"You are the person I love most in this world," I told him slowly. "How about you? Can you say the same?"

Gabby smiled at me.

"You are the one I love most as well," Gabby replied slowly.

"How about Eileen? If you were told to choose between me and Eileen, what would be your choice?" I asked him carefully. I knew I wasn't supposed to bring this up here, but regardless, I did.

"I don't know," Gabby said slowly.

"That means you do not love me more than you love her," I told him slowly. I was letting out my feelings here.

"I love you and I can give you my life, but you still need to understand that Eileen is my baby sister. I have spent more than twenty years with her. I just met you three days ago. I don't think you expect me to make such a crucial decision impulsively," Gabby told me.

As I heard this, I was hurt. It only meant that I didn't mean so much to Gabby.

"Then you can choose Eileen over me!" I told him slowly. I was hurt beyond measure, but I managed to keep calm.

"I did not tell you that," Gabby told me.

"That's the truth!" I raised my voice. Now, Gabby stopped holding me by the waist. I guess he had finally realized that there would be a great rivalry between me and his baby sister.

"I don't know what to say to you right now, so the best thing would be to leave this for now" Gabby said slowly. "I would go to bed now. I will talk to you later in the morning."

"No matter how you postpone this discussion, the narrative will still be the same!" I told him confidently.

"Don't start what you can't finish!" Gabby told me sternly. "You should try your best to make sure you are on good terms with Eileen. If you start a rivalry with her, I might never forgive you."

I sighed. It dawned on me that I had made a great mistake. I should have discussed all this with Gabby before our mating ceremony.

"You know I am not a violent person!" I told him loudly. "I will never strike first, since I have no power here. However, I might not be calm if Eileen strikes first and pushes me to the wall."

"You think too far," Gabby told me. "Why don't you wait for the deed to be done before you start spewing these words?"

"Good night!" I told him and went to bed instantly. Gabby said nothing and went to bed as well.

We slept without cuddling.

This was the beginning of many arguments to come. The reality was now looking me in the eye.
