Moving out

C.J. Modal Studio

Jonas drove Chantal and I to Robert's studio. When we got there I was surprised that there were other guests as well. Aunt Calla and Mama Credence were seated on the studio's white gilded sofa. I made my way over to them to kiss their cheeks.

"Is she an employee of Bram?" Aunt Calla asked, she was staring at Chantal.

"Yes," I whispered to Aunt Calla, "Bram hired her to protect me."

"How tall is she?" Aunt Calla asked again. Her eyes looked at Chantal from head to toe. The three of us turned to Chantal's direction.

Chantal was standing two meters away from the sofa. Her height was probably five foot eight. Her hair was black and in a pixie cut. She had this beautifully tanned skin and a strong jawline. What struck me most about her was her almond eyes. It was very symmetrical with her fine nose and thin lips.

"I'm not sure, Aunt Calla," I answered and turned my head to another direction.

Roberto called me and asked me to go to the fitting room. One of his assistants helped me put on my black trumpet dress. The two of us were inside a spacious cubicle with a full length mirror. The dress fitted me perfectly. I turned to my right to see how my butt looked.

The dress definitely emphasized the shape of my waist and buttocks. The female assistant pulled up a chair for me so we could check how the dress would feel when I sat down. I told her that it felt very comfortable. The inner part of my dress was made of red satin and it felt amazing to my skin. And the breast part was a bustier that made my breast look good.

Roberto and his team did a great job on my dress. It looked chic and classy. Then the assistant locked the ankle straps of my platform pumps and helped me stand. She held the door open so I could go out. Mama Credence and Aunt Calla's eyes sparkled when they saw me. It brought smiles to their faces.

"It's perfect, dear," Mama Credence commented, "Could you turn around, please?" I did what she asked and then I smiled at them.

Aunt Calla's right forefinger was on her chin, "Now let's think of her jewelry. Gold?" she asked. She turned her head to my mother-in-law.

"I'd say silver," Mama Credence suggested, "Silver will look good on her fair skin."

Roberto was nodding his head. He was standing near his table, "A delicate silver piece would be nice. What do you think?"

Aunt Calla and Mama Credence nodded in agreement. Then Aunt Calla added, "Her hair should be up."

"Yes,' Mama Credence and Roberto said in unison.

Glass House

Maria was already at the main entrance of our house when Chantal opened the car door for me. I went out carrying my yellow sandals and bag.

"Do you need help with your things, Madam?" Maria asked me when I neared the opened door.

"Yes Maria, thank you." Then I handed her my bag and sandals. I walked barefooted past the beautiful white living room set. The entire glass house was white from ceiling to walls. The white marbled floor felt cold under my feet but it didn't bother me. I was so tired today.

"Do you want some snacks, Madam?" Maria asked me as we waited for the elevator door to open.

"No, Maria," I turned to her with a smile, "I'm still full. I had lunch with Mama Credence and Aunt Calla."

"How about refreshments, Madam?" Maria asked again.

"Yes, that would be great," I answered her. The elevator door opened and we went inside the elevator.

When we reached the second floor, I lazily walked out of the elevator and walked towards my room. I was about to open my door when Maria spoke.

"Madam?" she said from my back. I removed my hand from the door knob and faced Maria, "This way, please."

I followed her. My eyebrows scrunched together in confusion but I did not say anything. She opened one side of Bram's double doors then motioned for me to go inside. I paused and stared at her face before I entered the room. I was speechless. Bram's room looked very different from before.

"Sir Bram ordered us to transfer all of your things here in the master's bedroom," Maria said to me, "When Madam Credence found out, she asked us to redecorate the room. She supervised us via video call. She said it was too masculine for her taste. She also asked us to transfer the plants from your balcony here."

"Um…thank you for doing all of that, Maria," I told her as my eyes scanned the room.

"It's our pleasure to help you, Madam," Maria told me with a small smile, "Anything else Madam before I go down and get your refreshments?"

"That would be all Maria," I answered her, "I'll be in the shower."

She left and closed the door. I sighed and scanned the room once again. I would be sharing this with Bram now? The glass sliding doors that were dividing Bram's living room and balcony were opened. The curtains were drawn. I noticed that they positioned my plants the way it was in my old room. They made some adjustments to give way for Bram's gym equipment.

Bram's gray sofa was now changed to an off white 5-seater with three throw pillows. At the center was a glass table with a gold stand. I slowly walked towards the master bedroom. I was about to turn the knob when someone spoke.

"Do you like it?" asked Bram. He was leaning at the door. Holding his office coat from the back.

I crossed my arms to my chest and looked at him, "What are you doing here? It's still office hours?"

He moved away from the door and walked towards me, "I would not miss the chance to give you a tour of our room."
