Helping a friend

When morning came isabella dressed up and went to work after doing her house chores including dropping the kids at school.

When she arrived at work cherry was not there yet. she decided to ask her co-worker about her where about " Good morning phyna, you look lovely" Isabella complimented. " Good morning bella you look good too" phyna said in return and Isabella giggled. Matthew and Austin who was eavesdropping signed " women and their drama" Matthew said loud enough for the ladies to hear.

" hey..... were you guys eavesdropping " Isabella asked crossing her hand on her chest. Matthew and Austin exchange look before laughing " come on..... we were not eavesdropping " Austin said and phyna raised her eyebrows and Isabella " hmm" in return.

" where is cherry " isabella asked going straight to the point, " she is not here yet" john replied stepping closer to them and isabella frowned.

seeing Isabella expression they chuckled " what is it" she asked coldly and they exchange look again " it's just that it's not been long since you met cherry and..." john paused when he received a look from Isabella.

" what john trying to say is that you and cherry are behaving like besties" phyna said as her eyes sparks in mischief.

cherry walked into the directors office but for the first time she has a frown on her face. " what's wrong with her" kira asked worriedly " i have never seen her like that" lucas added and the rest nodded in agreement.

" i heard she is going through a lot but she is hiding it" mira said wiping out her imaginary tears. " how can she keep her problem from her friends" Matthew commented.

"maybe she don't want to talk about it" isabella replied before cherry walked in but everyone was quiet " hey people what's up" cherry greeted trying to assure her friends that she is okay but isabella could see right through her acting.

" if the gossip has finally ended, can all of you go back to work" jasper said and they separate attending ti customers.

When lunch break came cherry made an excuse but Isabella followed her. when isabella arrived at the ladies room she could hear someone crying " Cherry are you alright" she asked.

Cherry who was taken by surprise froze and quickly wipe her tears " yes i am fine, what are you doing here" she asked but Isabella just gave her a napkin.

" Cherry sorry to ask but why are you crying here" isabella asked and the place fell into silence " Actually i...i was not crying ... something got stuck in my eyes and -" Cherry was cut off by isabella

" Don't lie tell me what happened did the director sack you" isabella asked but Cherry shake her head " Then did anyone bullied you on your way here? come on show me the person that dared to bullied my bestie" Isabella said seriously.

Cherry heart melt hearing Isabella words but she continued crying.

Isabella hugged her and started patting her back " Don't cry tell me what happened" Isabella asked but the girl just kept on crying.

Bringing her face uo isabella wipe the tears off Cherry's face " calm down and tell me what happened" she said.

" well....my.....my" Cherry tried to speak but couldn't " your what" Isabella asked worriedly " i was asked to leave the house unless i pay for the rent....so i asked the director for help but he...* snob* he refused" Cherry voice broke down.

seeing cherry break down was too much for Isabella to take, she was thinking that a boy bullied her and she was hoping to give the boy some good beating
