Chapter 10

A new chapter began on our wedding day, but in many ways our lives stayed the same. We woke up beside each other still, began our mornings together over coffee, spent evenings tangled up on the couch talking till midnight.

Only now, there was a beautiful permanence to it all. We were husband and wife, partners through whatever life brought our way.

Six months after our wedding, Sarah told me the news I'd been hoping for: we were going to have a baby. I spun her around the living room as happy tears streamed down our faces. Our love had created new life, a miracle we could barely comprehend.

Nine months later, we welcomed our daughter into the world. As I held her for the first time, I felt a love so profound it nearly brought me to my knees. Sarah and I vowed then and there to love and protect this precious gift, to build her a stable home full of joy.

Raising our daughter was the greatest adventure of our lives. Through sleepless nights, tantrums, and endless diaper changes, our love only deepened. We leaned on each other, celebrated each milestone as a team.

As I watched Sarah put our little girl to bed one night, I thought about the journey that led us here - our chance meeting, our first kiss under the stars, our simple yet perfect wedding day.
