How I met him

It was my first day at college. I never went far from my home. I completed my schooling from the school near my home so I never need to go far away from my home. But college is not near my home. To go to college I have to ride a bus for one hour. As it was my first day I was afraid and nervous. To go to my college I had to cross the road and it's the first time I was alone and nobody is helping me. I was staying there looking here and there. Then I saw a man going to cross the road so I just caught his hand and cross the road with him. In that time I didn't care about anything. I didn't care that I don't know that person or I should touch the unknown person. In my mind what I was thinking is that I need to cross that road anyhow. After crossing the road I just leave him without looking back because I felt ashamed of what I have done. Its been a long day. College life was running smoothly and in my mind I miss the day how I hold the unknown person hand and cross the road. Some time I felt that I should have told him thank you or sorry. But the problem is I haven't seen his face I could recognized him.
