Unusual proposal

 “Yeah, I worked all night, so I escape today, I just need to rest here, or do you want me to go?”

“Oh, no, no. I’m sorry if I made you feel bad” Zack smiled at her.

“I’m hungry, do you have any food in this house?"

“Don’t worry I’m preparing something” she hurried to the kitchen and Zack called Alex.

“Hope you are okay?”

"Yeah, for now, but we need to visit Lincoln tonight”

“Okay, I have to go home now, I think Sandra is okay”

“Thanks, man”

“Anytime”

Zack left before Sandra could come out with the food, but instead of going home, he went straight to Pat’s house.

“What are you doing here this early?” She asked him but he just keep smiling.

Blaze walked out to see Zack and Pat smiling at each other.

‘What are those two doing out there?”

“I think they are in love,” Lilly said holding up Blaze's baby, she has just put to bed a baby boy, and Lily was invited to stay with them and take care of the baby.

“In love?” Blaze asked in surprise, she has never seen Zack as someone capable of loving, he is too serious, and why Pat, he should have looked for one of their kind.

Zack heard them but he just smile and kiss Pat's forehead taking her by surprise.

“Stop it, my mother might see you”

“Is she around?”

“Yes, she went to the market and she might just catch you kissing me”

“Is that a problem?” Zack asked.

“To me no, but to my mother is an awful sin, if she sees you kissing me, is as good as we having sex”

Zack smirked at that word, “Sex” he has never thought of that,

“Okay, then I will wait until we get married”

“What! Married? Are you proposing to me?”

“Don’t you love me?” Zack asks instead of answering the question.

“I. I do but…”

“Shhh,” he covered her mouth with his fourth finger.

“Wait for me, and I will make you my wife, I have to go now, I need to be somewhere”.

He left Pat dumbstruck, is that his way of proposing to the woman he loves? Huh! She can’t believe this!

He’s supposed to take her somewhere nice, and with one knee on the ground, asked her in a lovely way “ Will you marry me”, but what did he do?

“Wait for me and I will make you my wife” she repeated after Zack, mimicking him with a deep ugly voice.

She smile to herself and went back inside.

Zack asked his sister, Adora, what to give a woman in other to melt her heart.

“Hello… someone is in love, who is she?”

"Just tell me and stop fooling around,” Zack said but he couldn’t look straight at his sister's eyes, because he was kind of shy to talk about it.

“Just tell me, I will bring her home when is time”

“Okay, I have to take you somewhere” she drags Zack to the jewelry shop.

“I think she will like a necklace”

“Yes! Why didn’t  I think about it” Zack asked.
