Chapter 8

Lily was walking towards the canteen when someone grabbed her and and pulled her into an abandoned classroom . She was about to shout when that someone placed a hand over her mouth

" Be quiet princess~" that person whispered

LILY'S POV :

It didn't take me that much time to recognise who's voice that was .

" O.... Olivia ?" I called out loud to make sure that it was her . Yes , it is her . She hummed in response and placed her head on my shoulder making my heart go crazy .

I always had a crush on her . We were friends when we were kids but later , when we grow up we eventually drifter apart . Maybe because she found out my secret crush on her ? I don't know . We used to play together all the time but she has changed . In highschool she always find a reason to bully me . I don't know what I had done to her . She used to save me from my bullies but later sha became by biggest bully . But that didn't change my mind .

I still hope that one day she'll be back as she was and I'll confess my love to her

I got butterflies when he snuggled her face into my nape, inhaling my scent . Gosh... My legs are getting numb . She tightened her grip on my waist and pulled me closer into her .

" O..Olivia ? " I called out to her . I'm afraid that if we stayed in silence , she might hear my heart beat . It is going crazy over her .

" Shut up " she said in a cold tone which sent shiver down my spine . I made her mad again . I can feel her breath against my nape . Why is she doing all these ? Didn't she hate me ? Then why is she here , hugging me ? I need answers but at the same time I'm too afraid to ask her

Finally I decided to ask her . " Um... Olivia ? C..can I ask you something ? " I cursed myself for shuttering . What is wrong with me when she is near ? She hummed in response

" D..do you like me ? " I said it . I finally said it . I don't know what she might do but i really said it this time .

As soon as she heard me , she left my waist and made me turn over to look at her . She was glaring at me with those eyes I fear the most . Her eyes show no emotions . It wasn't the Olivia I know . It's different . I'm scared . She grabbed my jaw tightly making me hiss in pain .

" Don't think so highly of yourself . I would never like a piece of shit like you " my heart ache so bad hearing her words . What did i even do to her to make her hate me this much ? She left my jaw and left the door without even looking at me . Tears started rolling off my face . I placed my both hands on my face and sobbed silently

" Why... Why are you treating me like this ? If you hate me that much , don't give me false hope . Sometimes you treat me like I'm your one and only and the next time you starts bullying me . What did i even do to you ? Is it that wrong to fall in love with you ? " I stayed at my place while hugging my heart out

NO ONE'S POV :

Lily was crying her heart out inside the room . Olivia was standing outside the room while hearing all Lily's cries . She held no expression . But her eyes were showing something . Something like regret, hurt , or maybe love...

She stayed there for a while and left after lily was about to get out of the room .

Lily didn't attend the following lectures . She went home soon after that incident with Olivia . She wasn't feeling well after all the crying she had done .

Liam was worried about her . She messaged him saying that she had some emergency in her home , so she's leaving first . Liam told her to take care and call him if she needs something

The college ended . Liam packed his books and ran towards the college exit . He took out his phone and texted someone . He looked around like he was waiting for someone . Suddenly someone came from behind and placed their hand over Liam's shoulder .

" Heey~ Are you waiting for me ? "

Liam flinched a little as the sound was so close to his ear. He looked at the person and-
