the person that comes to screwed your life (Hyun Jae POV)

I pack some stuff in my bag, after all things that happened yesterday I realized that bad things can happens suddenly without notice.

I still not remember what exactly happened when I drunk. my memory blur.

when I packing I try to find my phone. I don't realized that I've not using my phone since the accident happened. Bom is the one who called my parents cause I to panic back then. now when I have time to relax cause Alex comes to take care of Hyo Joo at hospital I can go home.

I try to search my phone at my jacket, I my desk, drawer, I searching around my appartment but I not found it.

I look my watch, I need to go back at hospital before go to my class. I need to see Hyo Joo and makes sure she's okay. I'll ask Bom and Song help to find my phone later.

I walk to convenience store where Hyo Joo work. I open the door and walk to cashier.

"Hello, can I meet your manager?" I ask Hyo Joo friend that I've meet before at the drunken man accident

"Ah, you are Hyo Joo boyfriend "

"Yes. can I meet him?"

"he's going out" she said

"hm, about Hyo Joo" I said

"Ah don't worry, I've told him last night. so no need to worry. and please give this for her" she hand me a bottle of drink

"this is ginger honey drink. My mom made it and Hyo Joo really likes it"

"thank you so much" I received the bottle

"Please say I'm sorry I can't come to hospital soon. we run out of staff" she said

"okay"

I walking our from the store and get taxi to hospital.

when I walking at hospital lobby I meet Alex

"hello" I said

"ah you come" he said

"you're here. Hyo Joo?"

"Oh I go out for a while, she have visitors "

"who?" I ask him while we walking together at the hall

"her friend from high school. he hear the news and rushed comes here" Alex answer

"he" I stop walking

"Yes, he" Alex look at me

Alex phone ringing

"Hello, yes, at hospital...yes...okay" Alex close the phone

"my dad will come. also Hyo Joo will go back at our house for a while. so u need to take care about the document while wait for my dad"

"okay" I nodded

I walking to Hyo Joo room with many thought

when I want to open the door I can hear some laughter. I'm doubtful to open the door at first. so I stand in front of the door for minutes.

"Hey, why you still stand here" Alex comes again

"I can't handle the document so need to wait for my dad" Alex explained

"oh" I just zoning out

Alex open the door and I can see something that rarely I see from Hyo Joo. she laughing so hard and looks so happy.

"Hyun Jae" she call my name

I walk slowly to her side

"this from Jina" I handled the bottle

"Ah this Jina's mom ginger honey. I love it. thank you" she smile

"Ah.. Hyun Jae this my friend. he's same high school with me. now he study at US"

"Hello I'm Hyun Jae" I reach out my hand

"so this is Shin Hyun Jae?" he talk cold

he doesn't reach my hand I put down my hand slowly

"Yoon" Hyo Joo call his name

and I don't know why but I don't like it.

"Ah okay okay... I just joking. I'm Yoon " he pat my shoulder

"Hyo Joo I just come by, I'll go to college, I have class " I said

"really. be careful " she said and smiled

"Ah also, I can't found my phone. so I can't call you" I said

"speak of that, my phone also broken. cause the accident. and..." Hyo Joo seems want to say something

I look at her, I can found something different in her eyes.

"nothing. don't mind about it" she said

"Alex said you'll come home today" I said

"really, I don't know about that" She said

"I just want to tell you" Alex said

"Alex, can I borrow your phone" Hyo Joo asks

Alex who sits at the couch stand and give his phone to Hyo Joo

"Hyun Jae, can you write your number here so I can call you later " Hyo Joo hand me the phone

"you don't remembered your boyfriend number? but you remembered my number. thas funny " Yoon suddenly speak and laugh

"Yoon" Hyo Joo raise her voice a bit

I write and save my number at the phone.

"I'll go now" I really want to leave

" Hyun Jae..." she call my name

"can you stand closer to me" Hyo Joo asks

I stand close to her. she gives some code to take closer

she whisper something to me

"I love you"

I can help but smile

"bye" she said

I see Yoon look at me with stern look.

when I wait for taxi Yoon comes to me

"so you are her boyfriend " he speak arrogantly

"Yes, she said it already " I try to speak though

"I don't know what she look from you. but you two not suit each other"

"how can you say like that we never know each other" I said

"I can see just in a while. you look so weak, you zoning a lot, you lack of confidence and I can smell something fishy from you. you can't even look at Hyo Joo eyes. I came this far to find her been hurt while she had a boyfriend to protect her. listen I'll take Hyo Joo from you" Yoon walk away

I want to chase him but my taxi is come.

I can't concentrate at the class. Hyo Joo is with him right now. and probably he go together to Hyo Joo home after her discharge. I can't calm even a second.

after class I run as fast as I can but Bom chase and grab my hand

"Why you so hurry?" Bom ask

"I need to go back to hospital " I said

Bom let my hand

"but we still have a class" Song came

"can I skip this one?" I asks

"no you can't it's professor class. he will give you E if you skip one of his class"

I rub my face

"what happened? is everything okay?" Bom asks

"is Hyo Joo fine?" song also ask

I crouching and lean my head to the wall

"she's fine" I said

"then?" Bom ask

"someone came and told me he will take Hyo Joo from me"

"who ?" song ask

I stand up

"her friend from high school" I said

then I explained everything to Bom and Song

"you don't need to worry just trust Hyo Joo" Bom said

"yeah, we know Hyo joo" Song pat my shoulder

suddenly i hear some voice

"here you are "

it's Na eun, she's the last person I wanna meet in this planet

she walking close to me. she walk with her friends.

"Hyun Jae you look not well" she said

"what do you want?" I said

"what's with that attitude ?" She smiled

"Ah I just want to give this back" she open her bag and take out something

" you must be look for it" she hold a phone

"is that mine?" I ask

"yes" she said

"take it" she give it to me

I turn on the phone and yes this is mine. but why my phone with her.

"where you find it?" I ask

"you leave it at the bar idiot, are you forgot?" She touch my cheek

"I really happy that day. thank you" she said

"Let's go girl" she said to her friends

"what do you mean? speak clearly. explain to me" I raise my voice

"you want to know? you better takes your class first and come to me after it. bye" she walk away

"seriously Hyun Jae what really happened that night. your phone with her. are you going out with her?" Song ask

"I don't know, stop asking me" I raise my voice accidentally out of my frustration

"Hyun Jae... Hyun Jae-ya " Bom grab my hand

"Let's finish the class first. we will figure out after it. please calm"

this class really torturing me. I try to remember anything from that night. I just remembered I got so drunk.

the class finally over. we still sit at the class

"so can you remember anything?" Bom ask

"I just remembered I got drunk" I said

"try to relax and think"

I close my eyes and trying to remember

"I got a call and I went out" i open my eyes

"found it. I received call from Na eun" I said

"try check your maps" Song said

I checking my phone. and I got surprises. from the map I went to some club or bar, been there for an hour, after that I go to a motel and spend couple hours there it's my last place. probably the phone is death cause the battery get low or someone turn it off.

"you go to motel? are you crazy ?" Bom hit my arm

" I don't know, I don't remember anything "

I'm so frustrated

"how about your text and call summary?" Song ask again

I checking my text and I have like hundreds messages from Hyo Joo and my friends. a dozens of calls.

"I need talk to her" I stand up

"who?" Bom and Song ask

"Na eun" I said

I run out from the class and I see Na eun walk alone at the corridor

"Na eun" I call her name

she stop walking

"Hyun Jae, finally you comes again to me" she almost hugs me

"stop" I said

"hm, I'm disappointed " she plays her hair

"what happened that night?" I ask

"hm, we have a good night " she said

"don't play with me. I'm done with your game" I said

"I'm not playing a game" she touch my shirt

I reject her hands by push it.

"there's nothing happened right" I said

" don't you remembered anything?" She smiled

I just silence

" I love to talk with you but I have class. talk later" she kiss my cheek

I push her body away from Mr

"are you shy? that night you are not shy at all" she wink at me and walk away.

I really not sure about what actually happened. and I don't know Nana is see and hear about everything.

I scratch my head and throw my bag to the floor.

what if Hyo Joo know about this. something that I'm not even sure about. how I'll gonna explain to her. the fact that I went out with other girls while she was kidnapped. damn it, I know when Na eun show up she just bring a problem and screwed me. but this time she take it to another level. the level where she completely going crazy.
