"hey, why you leave me alone? you can ask me join military together. we always together. you are bad friend" Jun who already drunk keep nagging to Dae

"I asked you, you don't remember? you said you don't want to go. now you mad at me" Dae said

"although, you can delay it and go with me. now Alex is in America, you going to military. how I suppose to be? " Jun really drunk

"ah ,Hyo Joo I can't handle him anymore. call someone to pick him" Dae said

"who should I call?" Hyo Joo ask

"call Dongyun" Dae said

"Dongyun, but he's study abroad right?" Hyo Joo ask again

"no... my Dongyun already came back yesterday. call him... call him... call my pretty brother Dongyun " Jun said and give Hyo joo his phone

trrrrt...trrrrrt...connection sound hear

"Hello, brother where are you?" Dongyun heavy voice heard across the phone

"hello, Jun oppa is drunk. can you pick him at XX bar?" Hyo Joo said and close the phone immediately

"nuna..." Dongyun realized the phone is not connected anymore

he squeeze his phone and get out from his room. call taxi to pick up his brother and he might be meet someone that have special place in his heart years ago.

a boy wearing a middle school uniform walks on the sidewalk. He wears glasses and holds many books.

some girls were joking in the street and nudged him. the books fell, but the girls let alone help, they didn't even apologize.

"Hey" a girl's voice shouted he walked towards the girl.

"you nudged him but you didn't help him at all" he said

"Tch" the girl snorted they just pass

"Sorry, let me help" he then helped the boy

"Are you okay?" She asked

the boy, dongyun, adjusted his glasses and nodded.

"That's good" the girl is also wearing a middle school uniform but different uniform than him, it means they from different school.

"Be careful. Next time bring just enough books, and this" she handed me a tote bag

"put your book in here, it will be easier to carry"she said

"thank you" Dongyun said

"bye" the girl waved her hand

Dongyun was completely stunned by the meeting. he was completely frozen for a few seconds.

"hey dongyun come out, i want to introduce you to someone" Jun, dongyun's brother called Dongyun peeked from upstairs. he lazily walked downstairs.

"ah, Hyo Joo this is my brother" Jun pat Dongyun back

"ah. hello I'm Hyo Joo" Hyo Joo smiled

Dongyun suddenly felt that time had stopped. she was the girl he met a year ago. the girl who helped him and gave him a bag to carry his books.

Dongyun realized that his current appearance was far from proper. he wears a black t-shirt, gray jogger pants, tousled hair, and an unwashed face. Dongyun said nothing and ran upstairs to his room.

"Come on, let's go back to them. Looks like my brother's head hit something" Jun laughed

"But, doesn't oppa have a younger sister not a boy?"Hyo Joo ask

"As you know, after my little sister died, my mother was very sad. She and my father went on a short trip and when they came back they brought Dongyun. haven'tI mentionedit before?"

"oh, I introduce Dongyun to Hyo Joo" Jun said

"ah ,really what his reaction?" dae laughs

"ahahahahhaa" Dae laughing so hard

"why you laughs ?" Jun choke Dae (joking term)

"no, I just remembered how he react when you introduce him to us several years ago"

"Dongyun-a, come here. I want to introduce you to my friends " Jun calling Dongyun

"hello" Dongyun greet them and leave all of sudden

"eh, eh" Dae surprises

"your brother is a thing" Alex said

"ah I don't know, he just too shy to meet others" Jun said

"what about school?" Dae asked

"ah, don't know. but I've followed him and he really doesn't have friend at school. she so timid and introvert " Jun said

"he really opposite of you" Alex said

"nah, but I like him. when he comes he still young and not talk much. but He is cute" Jun said

"ah... that time, I think he's getting better but he just run from Hyo Joo" Jun said

" I'm worrying about his future. dad said he only speak much with mom. hm..." Jun said

"but oppa love him right" Hyo Joo said

"I remember oppa always buy many chocolates, when I asked oppa will said "for someone special " it's for dongyun right?"

"hehehe yes, I really want to introduce him to you when we get close, but yeah I don't have perfect time." Jun said

"Oppa, can I meet Dongyun in person?" Hyo Joo ask

"uh, why? I'm okay with that" Jun said

"I think I know him a bit" Hyo Joo said

knock knock, Hyo Joo knock Dongyun room

Dongyun's foot steps hear from outside

"what?" Dongyun said

"so it's you" Hyo Joo stand in front of Dongyun

he reflects close the door

Dongyun heart beating so fast

He peek from his room hole, Hyo Joo is left. he open the door and found chocolate in front of his door.

"wait" Dongyun call Hyo Joo who walk at the stairs

they both sit at Jun's mom garden

Dongyun eating chocolate

"it's been a year right?" Hyo Joo said

"ng" Dongyun look at Hyo joo

"you grow up so fast. turn out you are Jun Oppa brother" Hyo Joo smile

"what your relationship with my brother?" Dongyun ask so straight makes Hyo Joo bit surprised but then she smiles

"Jun is my brother friend. you know Alex. he is my brother " Hyo Joo said

"ah..." Dongyun said

"I'm 3rd year at middle school" Dongyun said

"I'm 1st year at high school" Hyo Joo said

"ah so you older than me" Dongyun scratch his foot to the grass

"so call me nuna okay" Hyo joo said

"ah... the weather is nice" Hyo joo said

Dongyun just look at Hyo Joo

meanwhile

"hey Jun is it okay to peek like this?" Dae ask

"what do you mean that's my brother" Jun said

"and that's my sister" Alex said

Jun and Alex look at each other and laughs awkwardly

"nah, Dongyun is too good for Hyo joo" Alex said

"yeah, yeah. Hyo Joo is too good for Dongyun" Jun said

Dae just can't get it over this best friend behavior.

"thank you for the meal" Alex, Dae, and Hyo Joo said to Jun's mother

"you're welcome, visit anytime. it's been a while since Dongyun greet a guest and eat with them comfortably " Jun's mom hold Dongyun hand

Hyo joo pull out something from her bag

"take this" Hyo Joo gives Dongyun a bag of chocolate biscuits

"bye" They all say goodbye to Jun's mom, Jun, and Dongyun

when all they leave, Dongyun came to Jun's room

"Hyung (brother) can you help me?" Dongyun ask

"what? " Jun ask

"I'll tell you later, but promise me you'll help me" Dongyun said

"yes. yes. I promise but what is that?" Jun curious

"you already promised okay, you must do whatever I ask later. bye" Dongyun run from Jun's room

"hey... what is that? hey..." Jun can't hear Dongyun step anymore

"that kid is going crazy" Jun said

at that time actually Jun aware that Dongyun like Hyo Joo. but Jun just let his brother keep that feeling, he knows Hyo Joo is a good girl, even she might reject Dongyun confession, he sure she will reject it smoothly.

back to now

Dongyun stand in front of the restaurant door for a while. he takes a deep breath, he can remember how nervous he was when standing in front of the door last time.

he remember he standing in front of Hyo Joo bedroom years ago. he gather his courage and open the door.

He can she Hyo Joo directly among the crowds. same smile, same vibes at that time Dongyun realizes that he need to make everything clear cause last time everything not end well.
