Stalker!

"Tell me more". Sahsa asked Fubuki while scrolling down the reports which she was checking on Fubuki's phone.

"I will , but first let's go to a place which could be safe for both of you". Fubuki stood up .

"But why us? They are hunting the hunters right?" Subaru asked but Sahsa didn't had any motive to leave Subaru here .

"They are not only after hunters but also before those who have high amount of mana or considerable level of skill ." Sahsa turned her head toward Fubuki in an instant.

"That means.."

"Yeah. Two free lancers were also killed and the other two were evacuated before something could happen to them. " Fubuki moved her eyes toward Subaru this time.

Subaru understood her meaning and stood up.

"Mom let's go ".

The roads were completely void of any presence, as never before as there werent even any hunters near any gates or anywhere else.

"So who how they usually kill the hunters? Is there any pattern how they choose whome to hunt down first?" Sasha asked while sitting parallel to Fubuki , beside her was Subaru who was staring outside.

"We didn't found any pattern as their attacks were so random that the association didn't got chance to alert anyone and lastly made this decision to gather many hunters to fight them together. And the way they kill is more gruesome than I had ever saw. Like a total monster, even they have feature like human". A futage showed the two red armour claded human like mosnter who had limbs like normal person , except for the way they acted and killed people.

Subaru had already saw the footage and according to what he saw , in between the both of the creature, only one fights and other just follow around.

Subaru deducted only one thing from the behaviour of the one who following along.

'He is stronger than the other one and is only finding someone to match his power level'. Subaru had a small smirk on his face and was excited to face the two monsters as soon as possible to check where his standing actually was.

After sitting in a luxurious car for an hour they reached a place in the northeast part of the Tokyo, near the hunter's association.

It was like a warehouse without any storey and Associations board was written at the head top .

Subaru , Sahsa and Fubuki walked toward the big entrance where two guards were standing with their weapons .

Fubuki talked to them before guiding the mother- son duo inside the warehouse.

The place was filled with variety of mana presence which Subaru noticed earlier, but didn't buzzed as they all were not life threatening at all even they would have attacked at once.

Inside the warehouse, a huge hall with with lots of huge boxes all over the place came into their views.

There were about 40 people in total inside chatting in small groups except for some.

Subaru already asked about Theo as she informed that he was with a relative and was going to arrive in an hour .

The people inside the warehouse didn't noticed the trio which entered just now and continued what they were doing.

"So the association is gathering the hunters to keep them safe even it can make the work of those two mosnter easy huh". Sahsa crossed her arms .

"In a way yes but no one can fight them alone . Nohriko also got killed last night". Nohriko was one of the S rank tanker residing in Japan who got killed in some minutes of one sided assault by the hands of the beast which came from the rift.

" So they are supressing S rank easily . What about Goto san". Subaru got pissed just hearing his name from Sahsa's mouth.

" He is on way back to Japan but still it will take him half day".

Soon they approached toward the people where many hunters greeted Fubuki but most of them bowed respectfully toward Sahsa as she was one of the greatest mage and was inspiration for many hunter out there.

" Baby there are rooms, if you want then you can relax there". Sahsa pointed toward the two glass doors at the end of the hall.

He nodded and left the hunters group who were chatting comfortably , which made Subaru kind of ,out of place.

Sahsa wanted to leave the group and accompany him but the ametures hunters were so enthusiastic to notice those signs of Sasha.

Since the point Subaru had entered the warehouse, a pair of eyes hadn't left him. He didn't saw who was gawking at him but he was pretty sure that he was recieving that particular stare continuously.

He moved toward the resting area only to see who the stalker was .

He opened the door and walked inside the area where various room were made on the both side with a restroom at the end of the lobby.

He saw something disappearing at the glass door and he got a gist who she was.

Subaru went inside the restroom and waited for some second before noticing the presence appearing just behind the shower curtains.

'Her teleportation has inporved'. Subaru smiled before sliding his hand behind the curtain and grabbing a slim waist , recieving a yelp in return.

Subaru slid the curtains to face the white mask which he almost forgot some months ago.

"So it's you huh." Subaru also stepped inside the bathtub and closed the curtain behind.

He cornered Ririka who was flashbanggered to realise that Subaru remembered her, and more to that she started fidgeting being in close proximity with him all of sudden.

"So why you were following me Momo chan?" Subaru asked with a grin on his face .

"Ehm..I just wanted to thank for what you did 2 years ago." Ririka came up with the quickest comeback .

Subaru leaned his body forward making Ririka lean on the wall behind her.

"But I am offended by being followed around" . He stopped his face just half feet apart from her .

"Wh-what can I do as an apology?" Ririka stammered in nervousness but didn't averted her eyes under her mask even for a second , as she was recording every expression and moments in her mind .

"Well how about you show your face first". Subaru leaned back giving her some space and lossening her grip on her waist.

"Ok-okay " she tighthened her grip on his forearm which was on her waist until now .

Subaru again regained his hold on her waist more tightly this time.

Ririka placed her right hand on her mask and slowly took it off .

Silver brows mounted on beautiful light blue eyes. Silver bangs on forehead with pale white face enticing Subaru to stare at her . Her lips were supple peach and cheeks were flushed becuase of the intimacy.

Ririka had a shy expression but still she was staring daringly into the cold blue eyes of Subaru.

Subaru stared at her face for a whole lot minute and only muttered one word .

"Beautiful". He had a feeling that what he had saw in the anime was nothing compared to what he was seeing in reality . He closed their distance, shortening no space for even a gust to pass between their bodies, and lowered his head .

"You are beautiful Ririka ." When his face reached a breathe away from Ririka she immediately closed her eyes , ready to feel softness on her lips , only to get emptiness at the end ,as the warmth enveloping her until now , disappeared in an instant.

She opened her eyes and found no one inside the restroom .

After realising that Subaru has really vanished , she crouched down at her place with her face hidden behind her palms.

'AAHHH...Why did he left me like this . Was I disapointing . I should had put lip balm and make up ... Ahh ..he was looking more handsome from this close . Wait wait wait ,he said my first name that means he loves me too right. Even if he doesn't, i will make him fall for me...hehehe.". Ririka was chaotic inside her mind with lots of thoughts bombardering with different possibilities all resulting in a single way.

'Now this time I won't let you go my prince'.
