Charlotte pretended to be in pain and pushed Henry away. The loving interaction was witnessed by the staff, making them envious.
The ceremony went on as planned, with many reporters gathered at the entrance, trying to interview Henry Russell.
"With so many people opposing you, why are you still partnering with the Christopher family? And why did you prepare such a high-profile ceremony?" reporters asked Henry.
Henry didn't show any expression to the reporters, but just looked at them coldly.
"Sorry, we're not accepting interviews today. The weather is hot, so it'd be best if you all left quickly," said Henry as he escorted Charlotte into the ceremony.
Seeing Henry and Charlotte's arrival, Eric Christopher hurried to greet them.
