Henry Russell, who was suddenly hugged by Charlotte Cooper, felt a little happy and couldn't help teasing her, "It's not even night time yet, and you're in such a hurry to throw yourself into my arms. When you asked me to dinner earlier, were you hinting at something?"
Charlotte's face turned red, and she quickly got down from his arms, hitting him in annoyance, "All you know is how to bully me, hurry up and change your shoes."
After saying that, she entered the house first, afraid that if she stayed any longer, Henry would say something that would make her laugh helplessly.
Looking at her fleeing figure, Henry smiled, squatted down to change his shoes, and then went to wash his hands.
By the time he sat down at the dining table, Charlotte had already set up the meal.
The two of them chatted about the day's events while eating.
"Oh, you haven't told me how you plan to solve that issue yet?" Charlotte was a bit anxious.
