"Would you stop running?", Stephen asked Veda as she kept on running ignoring the pain that shot up her ankles from the high heeled shoes.

Stephen followed the other step and blocked her way and his eyes were blazing with unfathomable anger, she gulped.

"Why are you running?", he asked but she ignored him answering her ringing phone.

"Hi Lance, I'll talk to you later... Just dealing with an important stuff", Stephen lost his cool demeanor as he cornered her to the pillar as she hit back and gasped in fright.

"Did you just call me an unimportant stuff?, Do I look like trash to you?", He asked in raised voice filled with rage and jealousy.

"I'm not your property and I don't care how or what you like, all I know is that you should stay away from me, even if you were the last man in the world, I won't date you. Despite your handsome face, you still emit utter arrogance, hmph I'll be damned", She said boldly.

He backed off, facing his back to her as he tried to control his anger, she took that opportunity to escape but she didn't run for long before he caught her hand and dragged her. She fell to the floor trying to make herself more heavier to drag.

Right then, she wished she knew some martial art skill, she would have taught the domineering punk a lesson.

Stephen looked at her as he realized what she was doing, he scoffed and threw her across his shoulder, ignoring her cries for help.

"You dare insult me, I guess I would have to punish you", he said smirking evilly.

Veda's eyes shot wide open in terror, she remembered how Stephen punished her after that dance at DOWNTOWN BAR , her face flushed and she started sweating, he legs wobbled and quivered as she remembered she couldn't walk properly after all that punishment.

"No, you can't do that you jerk, help me, somebody help me, Lance please help me", the last name she mentioned made the grinning Stephen's demeanor grow cold.

He took the route the the underground garage where only VIP'S could park their cars.

"I was thinking of three rounds but now how about we increase it to twelve", He said walking hastily to his car as she screamed for help. Veda couldn't believe her ears.

Meanwhile a man in the shadows made a phone call, "Hello boss, she vented her anger on him and killed a lot of people but I think they have reconciled, I don't think the serum you mixed in her drink was enough to trigger her animalistic instinct, if not Calli would have been dead".

At the other side of the phone, the boss seemed pretty pleased as he wiped off some cigarette butt on the ashtray, " hmm, pretty interesting, I love reconciliation before a misunderstanding brews , which gives rise to jealousy making the pain pierce the heart with unfathomable grief".

"I don't understand you boss, you are speaking in riddles", The spy said confused and worried. His boss's plan was either going to destroy lives or end relationships.

He listened promptly as he was briefed about the plan, " but boss, don't you think that's a measly plan?", the spy asked in awe.

"I know them more than you do and also their weakness. This time no mistakes, I have to get what's rightfully mine", He said ending the call leaving the spy confused.

"I have lurked in the shadows but not for too long, you succeeded in taking everything from me brother, but now I'll use your weakness against you, watch and see", the Boss said to himself laughing wildly like a maniac walking closer to the board that has pictures of a woman, caressing it softly.

"You've given me sleepiness nights and torture, today I got to feel your warm body and breath against mine. I'll make you mine, the only difference is that you'll come to me of your own Accord and when you do, I'll never let you go", he said inhaling the fruity perfume from the supposed woman's handkerchief scenting of lavender and coconut and his dark irises dilated in arousal.

"You'll be the end of me", he muttered and certainly those words he muttered was his fate which he was unaware of.

"Calli walk slowly, my legs are aching", Ann smiled shyly as she ordered him.

"I think the Great Calli Ambrosio is now a servant to you", he teased her, burying his nose in the nape of her neck while sniffling the Lavender and coconut scent and the talc roll-on.

"Stop that you're tickling me", she said as they stopped in front of their car, their attention was pulled to enraged Stephen carrying Veda across his shoulder like a sack as she screamed for help.

"Hey what's going on Steve", Calli asked, amused by Stephen's red face. It must have taken a lot of energy to bring her with him.

"Take your woman home, I have to deal with this stubborn and disobedient woman of mine who insulted me".

"Ann don't mind him", Veda said banging at the window of the car she was put into.

"Veda just apologize, I know that Stephen cares about you a lot", Ann said trying to coax her.

"Since when did you become a love doctor, I know you now care about yourself now that you have Calli by your side but you don't know if it would last", Veda said angrily at the thought of apologizing to Stephen but she regained he composure,

"Oh no, I'm so sorry Ann", she said to Ann who stood transfixed at a spot in shock, both men were also shocked at her outburst. Veda apologized but Ann would hear nothing of it and Calli's face was already darkened and gloomy.

"Then you two do whatever you want, settle your discord and you Veda, call me when you like, Stephen be gentle with her and don't want mess around with her, I'm out of here", Ann said before walking away and Calli followed her like an obedient puppy.
